Some humor and some landscapes.

We are in serious time limits here, but always time for a laugh and some beauty.

The white poodle tried several times to race the green dog, but the green dog was not interested.

It was a grand show, as the poodle continued to challenge the green dog and there were some spectators around waiting in anticipation for the green dog to take up the challenge.
What a busy day, as we had to do everything in a rush since early morning and the day ended with a 3-hour AGM (Annual General Meeting). The meeting was fitted in, between 2 power cuts. And so, at last I could now get time to do this post.
Come and see.

A spectator was relaxing in the grandstand, watching the show.

Now what on earth! Maybe the poodle needs to see a psychiatrist.

While everyone was watching, this guy sneaked in for a drink. Maybe he has a drinking problem.

So that's it for the laughs and now for a few lovely nature shots.

I could only get a few shots today, as we were very busy.

This was the scene when we left, after we had some coffee.

And then I stopped on the way back to take some shots of nature at a public park.

That mountain looks like a bath for the clouds.

So many long faces, and so many anxieties that we see and hear, and it is all about the debilitating power cuts. Noone can perform at their best, as time has become more than precious now. So, it is a stop-start affair every day. We have become so used to having a permanent power supply, and over the last years that luxury has slowly been whittled away. So now, with between 8 and 10 hours of power cuts every day, things have drastically changed, and everyone needs to compromise.

My way of thinking is that there is always a space for a bit of humor, as that is what keeps my wheels turning. Not easy, but at least we are all still alive and that's what counts.
I apologize for the shorter post than usual, but things are out of my hands.

I hope that you have enjoyed the pictures.

What is your all time favorite place on earth to capture the great landscape pictures?

I don't have a favorite place on earth, but anywhere near mountains and water make me happy.

Very nice pictures, they are beautiful, but without a doubt that squirrel got my attention, they look so relaxed that it made me sleepy.
