Some cute babies and others.

This is a lovely gosling of the Egyptian Goose breed.

Birds have the habit of flourishing in safe areas and you will see a congregation in here at a pond.

We are struggling for signal since early morning and we could only find something suitable now.
Wonderful to take a stroll and to see what we can get for the camera. It takes ones mind off the things of the world, and all its problems. I think each of all of us has some kind of one or another problem. Nature has the habit of releasing all those from one's mind.
So come and relax a bit with us.

The gosling has already learned to keep a watch on the sky for the danger of predator birds.

Mom and some of the babies that you can see here.

A preening Hadeda Ibis. And look how colorful they are in the sun.

A Cape Cormorant was drying in the sun, with its wings spread open.

Look at that big open beak (mouth).

Mom and the goslings again at the back.

And finally, here they all are. The Cormorant first, then the Hadedas, and mom and the goslings at the back. They were all relaxing at this pond.

I hope that the photos helped you to relax a bit at the start of this new week, and may it be a good one for everyone on Hive.
