How Has Steem Impacted My Life Initiative - My second opportunity

Before starting with my publication I want to thank @theycallmedan in the first place for the invitation in this new contest and especially for the possibility that has given users like me that for different occupations of our real life we ​​have not been able to make our participation in the times established in the first place, to participate in this wonderful contest.

Antes de iniciar con mi publicación quiero agradecer a @theycallmedan en primer término por la invitación en este nuevo concurso y sobre todo por la posibilidad que ha dado a usuarios como yo que por diferentes ocupaciones de nuestra vida real no hemos llegado a realizar nuestra participación en los tiempos establecidos en primer término, a participar en este maravilloso concurso.

To start telling you about the impact Steemit has had on my life, I want to let you know how it was that I met this wonderful social network.

Para comenzar a contarles el impacto que Steemit ha tenido en mi vida quiero hacerles saber como fue que conocí esta maravillosa red social.

I have been working for about 15 years in a credit card issuing company, being responsible for tax settlements and the management of company funds. As is well known in my country, Argentina, as in most Latin American countries, the economic situation is very unstable and complicated.

Trabajo desde hace cerca de 15 años en una empresa emisora de tarjetas de crédito siendo el responsables de las liquidaciones impositivas y del manejo de fondos de la empresa. Como bien es sabido en mi país, Argentina, al igual que en la mayoría de los países de Latinoamérica, la situación económica es muy inestable y complicada.

Motivated in the possibility of being able to carry out an extra activity in the little free time that I have left after 10 hours of work, I decided to google possibilities to obtain money online, that could assure me of giving my wife greater well-being and My little daughter.

Motivado en la posibilidad de poder realizar una actividad extra en el poco tiempo libre que me queda después de 10 horas diarias de trabajo, me decidí a googlear posibilidades de obtener dinero de manera online, que me pudiesen asegurar darles un mayor bienestar a mi esposa y mi pequeña hija.

I started doing online surveys and FreeLancer jobs, but none of these proposals were the ones that best suited my needs and especially time availability, because it would do me no good to give them greater economic well-being without being able to devote time to my family, so I continued with the search for a new opportunity, and so I found a video of @mayvil on YouTube where I explained what steemit was about.

Comencé realizando encuestas online y trabajos FreeLancer, pero ninguna de estas propuestas eran las que mejor se adaptaban a mis necesidades y sobre todo disponibilidad de tiempo, porque de nada me serviría darles un mayor bienestar económico sin poder dedicarles tiempo a mi familia, por lo que proseguí con la búsqueda de una nueva oportunidad, y así encontré un video de @mayvil en youtube donde explicaba de que se trataba steemit.

Now if I am in a position to tell you, how has Steemit impacted my life?

Ahora si estoy en condiciones de comentarles, ¿Cómo ha impactado Steemit en mi vida?

I entered Steemit in the month of September of the year 2018. Although in the first months I was not very active here, due to the great demotivation that caused me the total lack of support in my first publications. Beyond this I made some very good friends, of those who are always giving you a word of encouragement and willing to offer their help.

Ingresé en Steemit en el mes de septiembre del año 2018. Si bien en los primeros meses no estuve muy activo aquí, por la gran desmotivación que me causaba la falta total de apoyo en mis primeras publicaciones. Más allá de esto hice algunos muy buenos amigos, de esos que siempre te están dando una palabra de aliento y dispuestos a ofrecer su ayuda.

I am passionate about photography, outdoor life, physical activity and I felt that I had a lot to tell and show to this great community, so the lack of interest in reading my work is something that undermines me and caused my steemit withdrawal for several months.

Soy un gran apasionado de la fotografía, la vida al aire libre, de la actividad física y sentía que tenía mucho por contar y mostrar a esta grandiosa comunidad, por lo cual la falta de interés en leer mis trabajos es algo que me bajo la moral y provocó mi alejamiento de steemit por varios meses.

After almost 11 months of inactivity in the network, one of my friends told me that steemit had changed a lot with the arrival of the different tribes, so I was encouraged to make a new attempt. That's how I started publishing with some regularity, participating in different competitions and then I started to create free content showing my photographs and the story behind each of them. To my surprise this time my publications were having small votes and many comments which prompted me to continue creating publications, and as I saw that my works liked, that stimulated my creativity and gave me strength to continue making increasingly polished productions

Después de casi 11 meses de inactividad en la red, uno de mis amigos me comentó que steemit había cambiado bastante con la llegada de las diferentes tribus por lo que me animé a realizar un nuevo intento. Fue así que comencé a publicar con cierta regularidad, participando en diferentes concursos y después comencé a crear contenido libre mostrando mis fotografías y la historia que había detrás de cada una de ellas. Para mi sorpresa esta vez mis publicaciones estaban teniendo pequeños votos y muchos comentarios lo cual me impulsó a seguir creando publicaciones, y a medida que veía que mis trabajos gustaban, eso estimulaba mi creatividad y me daba fuerzas de seguir adelante haciendo producciones cada vez más pulidas.

As I spent time in steemit I met many more people and I understood how the rules of the game are and learning to have productive interaction with the rest of the community.

A medida que fui pasando tiempo en steemit fui conociendo muchas más personas y fui entendiendo como son las reglas de juego y aprendiendo a tener interacción productiva con el resto de la comunidad.

Today I can tell you that I am very happy to have re-published regularly and this is not only because I have obtained very good rewards for several of my publications, especially because I met a huge group of people many of whom are true friends and from which I have learned a lot.

Hoy les puedo decir que estoy muy contento con haber vuelto a publicar con regularidad y esto no es solo a que he conseguido muy buenas recompensas por varias de mis publicaciones, sobre todo porque conocí un grupo enorme de gente muchos de los cuales son verdaderos amigos y de los cuales he aprendido mucho.

I do not want to name anyone to not forget any of them but let me tell you that with several of them I have started a beautiful relationship of friendship and with whom we not only share conversations related to steemit, but on several occasions we talk about our lives, our achievements and from time to time also our hardships.

No quiero nombrar a nadie para no olvidarme de ninguno de ellos pero déjenme decirles que con varios de ellos he iniciado una linda relación de amistad y con quienes no solo compartimos conversaciones relacionadas con steemit, sino que en varias ocasiones charlamos de nuestras vidas, de nuestros logros y de vez en cuando también de nuestras penurias.

Regarding my central objective of obtaining extra money, that remains for much later because it is time to make efforts to harvest in the future.

Respecto a mi objetivo central de obtener un dinero extra, eso queda para mucho más adelante porque es momento de realizar esfuerzos para cosechar en el futuro.

In a nutshell I can tell you that steemit has impacted my life in several ways:

En pocas palabras puedo decirles que steemit ha impactado en mi vida de varias maneras.

• I have won many virtual friends who are not part of my virtual life, but with many of them there are projects to get to know each other. The good thing is that the possibility to continue meeting wonderful people is always open.
• It has aroused my interest in socialization in social networks.
• It has worked as a great motivator to learn more and more about photography.
• It has awakened my desire to tell what my photos mean or the feelings in my wake.

• He ganado muchos amigos virtuales que no forman parte de mi vida virtual, sino que con muchos de ellos hay proyectos conocernos. Lo bueno es que siempre está abierta la posibilidad para seguir conociendo gente maravillosa.
• Ha despertado mi interés por la sociabilización en redes sociales.
• Ha funcionado como un gran motivador para aprender cada un día más sobre fotografía.
• Ha despertado mis ganas de contar lo que significan mis fotos o los sentimientos que en mi despierta.

This was my experience at Steemit and surely there will be much more to go.

Esta fue mi experiencia en Steemit y seguramente quedará mucho más camino por recorrer.

Thank God I have given myself a second chance here!
