A second chance to get it right

Hello, beautiful people! Welcome to my blog. It's a pleasure to have you in this space. Once again, welcome šŸ¤—

If only it were possible to live two lives, I would see it as a blessing, as being given a second chance to write out how my life would be.

I am going to live my second life from all the wisdom, insight, and experiences I have gained from the first one. I have made some mistakes and learned valuable lessons from them. There are things I learned experientially that could have saved me time had I known them earlier. Do I regret knowing them eventually? Never; I only regret the time lost before I knew them.

Given a second chance at life, I would start by prioritizing my health from a young age. I would take care of my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I would carve out enough time for self-care. I would eat healthy and make out time for exercises.

If I were to live life again, I would put more energy and strength into well-meaning and strategic connections. We live in a world where you need someone who knows someone to help you attain certain heights. I would nurture and build strong bonds and relationships from an early age.

In living life a second time, this time around I would also take more risks, let go of fear of the unknown, and embrace things I am not certain about. I would pursue my passion with reckless abandon. I would not allow myself to listen to naysayers and demotivators who said it is impossible to achieve certain goals and dreams.

Oh, in this second life, I would strive to live a more intentional and purpose driven life. I am happy I am beginning to live out my dreams and passion, but if given another chance at life, I would start much earlier than I did. Nothing beats living your life according to pattern; it eliminates a lot of avoidable errors and saves you quality time lost to undo and redo what you could have gotten right from the onset.

In my second chance at life, I would focus more on learning from my mistakes and failures rather than dwelling on them and living in regret. I would use my failures and mistakes as a stepping stone for my growth, success, and progress.

THANK YOU FOR READING TO THE END šŸ¤—

I didn't want to write on this particular prompt topic cause I know I might not come to an end anytime. Might probably exceed the limits for word count.

I just agree with you on everything. If I could go back in time, I'd do some things differently, especially with taking risks and venturing out of my comfort zone. Since there's no 'two lives,' we can at least make good use of the one we have now, hinging on the lessons we've learned and making better decisions. It's not late.

You are right, I had to cut down on things I needed to write, I didn't want the post to be too long.

Thank you for stopping by šŸ¤—
