Hello beautiful people! I hope you're all super well and if you're not, you will be soon! After about two weeks, I think, of not participating in the @Splinterlands art contest, again I come with a drawing as an entry to the contest and for this, I chose the character of Lord Of Fire, character that I had in my list of cards to draw, so well I show you a little about the process of this drawing.

Después de unas dos semanas, creo, de no participar en el concurso de arte de @Splinterlands, nuevamente vengo con un dibujo como entrada al concurso y para ello, escogí al personaje de Lord Of Fire, personaje que tenia en mi lista de cartas para dibujar, así que bueno les muestro un poco sobre el proceso de este dibujo.

I started making the sketch, taking into account the original character, but this time I went only for the face, I wanted to highlight a lot the face in this illustration, so my main focus this time was the face. I looked for some references of dynamic mouths on Pinterest to make it different and I found one that I liked a lot and that was the one I integrated in the illustration. And so I spent a long time working on the whole drawing, until I finally had the final sketch finished, with its line art work and so on.

Comencé haciendo el boceto, tomando en cuenta al personaje original, pero esta vez me fui solo por el rostro, quería destacar mucho la cara en esta ilustración, así que mi enfoque principal esta vez fue el rostro. Busque algunas referencias de bocas dinámicas en Pinterest para hacer la misma diferente y encontré una que me gusto mucho y fue la que integre en la ilustración. Y así estuve un buen rato trabajando todo el dibujo, hasta que por fin tuve el boceto final terminado, con su trabajo de line art y demás.

Then I went on to do what would be the color work in the whole illustration and for it, I made use of some watercolor brushes that are in Clip Studio Paint, since it is a new program that I am using, I got a license on my birthday and well, I must say that they have been the only watercolor brushes that I have liked. I had used watercolor brushes in Photoshop and Krita, but none had convinced me as much as these that CSP has in its catalog of brushes.

Luego pase a hacer lo que vendría siendo el trabajo de color en toda la ilustración y para ello, hice uso de unos pinceles de acuarela que estan en Clip Studio Paint, ya que es un nuevo programa que estoy usando, me regalón una licencia el día de mi cumpleaños y bueno, debo decir que han sido los únicos pinceles de acuarela que me han gustado. Había usado pinceles de acuarela en Photoshop y Krita, pero ninguno me había convencido tanto como estos que tiene CSP en su cataloga de pinceles.

I was working on the illustration for a while more, doing paint work, details and so on, to finally finish the drawing by doing the hair and adding the last final details. The truth is that I loved these watercolor brushes and I felt literally working in traditional with them, they are automatically added to my list of favorite digital brushes and just for those brushes, I will be drawing more in digital.

Estuve trabajando un rato más en la ilustración, haciendo trabajo de pintura, detalles y demás, para ya por fin culminar el dibujo haciendo el cabello y agregando los últimos detalles finales. La verdad es que me han encantado estos pinceles de acuarela y me sentí literalmente trabajando en tradicional con los mismos, se agregan automáticamente a mi lista de favoritos de pinceles digitales y solo por esos pinceles, estaré dibujando más en digital.
