Nocturneando Chacao [SPA|ENG]
Nocturneando Chacao

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending Nocturneando, an event that takes place in Caracas which consists of closing the streets and placing several platforms and stands throughout the Chacao municipality, there you can find stands of food, clothing, plastic arts, theater and lots of music.
The dynamic is that people walk through the streets of this municipality visiting the different stands and locals that are in the area, this gives nightlife to the city, being one of the few events of this style that are made today in the city of Caracas.
This edition was Christmas, so the squares were decorated with lights and Christmas trees, there were many stages set up for Gaita groups but there was also a stage for pop/rock bands and another main stage for Latin and urban music artists.
This time I didn't see many bands because I focused mostly on sharing with my group, I took some pictures, laughed a lot with my friends, ate some hot dogs and walked around a lot. Of everything I saw, what caught my attention the most was the fine arts area, because you could see the artists painting at the moment and I find it very interesting to see them in their process.
What I enjoy most about this experience is that it always allows me to reconnect with friends that I haven't seen for a long time, since it is a massive and free event, many people from the city attend and it is easy to meet up with friends. The risk of this is that there are so many people that you will probably cross with someone you don't want to see, but don't let this stop you from going out to live the Nocturneando experience, believe me if you go with friends you will have a good time.
