SUCCESS PRESSURE PUMP: ESCAPING THE RAT RACE 1

Hello beautiful people. It's my pleasure to be here tonight to expose this peculiar knowledge to you
There are two friends. Kelvin and Tunde.
People call them twins. They met in school and became close friends. Kelvin studied accounting and got a job in the bank immediately after service.

Kelvin gets married. Tunde is the best man.

Three months after the marriage, Tunde also hurriedly decides to marry Liz, a lady he's been dating for some time. Although he isn't completely convinced of her, he marries her all the same. He has been seeing terrible things.

One day, Kelvin pops up at Tundes' place with a brand-new Toyota car. Tells Tunde he's got a new car, from his salary. Tunde is happy for Kelvin, but after he is gone, he begins to ponder over his life. He decides he can't remain here while Kelvin is soaring, after all, he was more intelligent than him in school.

Meanwhile, there is this last parcel of land that Tundes' father kept. Tunde finds a way to sell it and buy a second-use Toyota as well, he claims he wants to have a cab business, but in reality, he just wants to also get a car, as Kelvin has got one. The car has since broken down with an engine issue.

Now there is s twist
Six months after Kelvin's marriage, they divorced. Tunde is surprised to find out. He wasn't in the know at all. He calls Kelvin to find out why the sudden divorce. The last time he checked, they were a happy couple.
Instead of pain and regret, Kelvin's voice seems unperturbed and indifferent. Tunde is confused and asks Kelvin what's up. After he explains, Tunde is gobsmacked. As he drops the call, he drops a tear or two too. He is completely taken aback and can only whimper in regret, reminiscing how he got caught up in a race to outdo someone who wasn't doing any better than him.

Guess what?
Kelvin's marriage was arranged. His wife's rich uncle got a job for her overseas but insisted that she had to get married before, she could be allowed to travel. Other goodies were waiting for her, too, in America. So, though she didn't want to marry yet, the prospect of having to work in America just like her friend Josie drove her to strike a deal with Kelvin. "Marry me and divorce in the next 6 months, and I will pay you off."

So, the marriage was a sham. The car was from the proceeds of a payoff. Even the job in the bank was facilitated by his wife's uncle. Here was Tunde, who was doing well in his little business of franchising for Coca-Cola, thinking Kelvin was doing better when, in fact, he wasn't better.

Now, he is struggling with a marriage he was not supposed to be in in the first place. The car has since broken down, and the land is gone. He has gone back to his business.
This is Tunde. Back to his small but
growing business. He was doing better
than Kelvin

This story is the story of many people around the world. Maybe not in the exact scenarios but certainly does exist in different versions; many tales of people trying to outdo the other person. John gets some type of clothes because Andy also got them. Jane is doing everything possible to buy that hair or handbag because Celine also bought it.

Reality sometimes goes beyond the wildest imagination.
We should not count our chickens before they hatch.
In life, things are not always what they look like.
