Sometimes we can be gifted a book and look at it everyday and open it few years later..thats what i do and thats what i did with this one.

LE SERPENT COSMIC

I opened this book like one opens an old box forgotten in a corner, full of dust and hope.
I expected nothing, absolutely nothing.
I have read thousands of books, a real addiction, a real research.
Astrology is one of these passionate obsessions that I have
And this book, by looking at it, called me towards this other door which will also become a passion.
Shamanism.
Of course these are not subjects that you talk to your grandmother over tea or to the baker who is passionate about pure butter croissants.
Not even to friends...to no one really.
Shamanism is not a taboo subject but a subject hidden in a treasure box, in a secret and magical pocket.
A very personal love story.
This book offered to me, attracted my attention because of its presentation but also its curiosity.
DNA and shamanism.
I had the chance to chat on the phone with the author who was amazed by his research but also very fluid in his sharing...like in his book.
In this unfiltered book, I discovered the depth of shamanism but also later, the gap that this practice is with the modern world and then later, the connection of this magic through all our gestures and thoughts.
The shamanism is lost as man is lost but on the other side of the truth there is God everywhere and in all things.
This book helped me discover that modern naturopathy (I am a naturopath and osteopath ) is none other than a parallel path in the search for God, for oneself and the other.
through health and mental and physical balance in connection with life.
Shamanism brings together existential and sacred questions.
It implores ignorance to emerge from its bestial and insipid shackles and to immerse itself in the infinite journey of the stars...but not just any way.
Right after i read that book, for some karmic reasons
I was invited to different shamanic sessions.

Sessions which I admit, with hindsight, opened up more questions in me
But not in a spectacular way. My natural visions have always been linked because everything is the same thing.
As in hermetism, what is inside is also outside.
What's cold is also hot
The big desire and the little desire arise from the same source.
the laws are the same for everyone and for everything.
But I humbly agreed to participate...i was curious and ignorant.
Their violence and power took me by surprise
The embrace of a hungry audience
too many shamans, too many looks, too many practices.
I saw the snakes dancing in the smoke of fatigue
They blurred the tracks of friendly evenings
Because shamanic plants liberate and imprison.

They are like the song of sirens which attract us because they are impalpable.
And the images we have of them in our dreams are more beautiful than anything real.
We are not much after all and we don't know much.
These plants show us, they besiege us and tell us the unspeakable truth that we are merely grains of sand on an infinite beach...yet, we are the very much loved creations of the creator living through us.

The plants i "danced" with, all are about the same
Ayahuasca, iboga ( perfect to remove addictions as it saturates all the sensors ) mescaline etc... and I discovered for myself more advanced techniques in terms of "contemplation" which was another view in term of discoveries ( plants are not needed ) and to ultimately always have the same message, love.
Everything comes and everything returns to love... the manipulation of our system on our mind shows us that the darkness always serves the light and that time is nothing if consciousness does not hatch... but only god can give us this ultimate gift of consciousness.

The negative omens of our ancestors for the future world are only repetitions, fractals of involtance and misplaced pride, of unconsciousness.
But when the need to understand, to see, to feel, dare I say to transcend, then the utopia of a better world, of a conscious balance, takes place and shows all the possibilities that connection to others and to the whole brings and gives graciously.

It is these voices and these paths that bring the desired depth of these books.
Both so simple and so complex.
A piece of path lit by the light of the moon.
An anecdote.
a shared meal by a fire in the middle of winter.
books filled with palpable substances that few people give or know how to give.

I live today with the certainty that we are all connected.
That every facet of our being is like the dancing leaves of a tree.

Este libro que me ofrecieron me llamó la atención por su presentación pero también por su curiosidad.

Tuve la oportunidad de charlar por teléfono con el autor, quien quedó asombrado por su investigación pero también muy fluido al compartir... como en su libro.
En este libro sin filtrar, descubrí la profundidad del chamanismo pero también, más tarde, la brecha que esta práctica tiene con el mundo moderno y luego, la conexión de esta magia a través de todos nuestros gestos y pensamientos.
