Bayern Munich and the coach

Bayern Munich players said coach don't praise them or appreciate them whenever they win, it is only when they loose that he put blame on them. In Bundesliga, out of 6 matches, they have played two draws at Alliance Arena and presently, they are in third position, which made the fans speak out that this kind of things don't happen to them, they need to do something because Bayern Munich has played 6 matches and they in number 3 but the players said it's not their own fault, it's the coach fault because the tactics that he's using is what is makes them loose matches while coach also insisted that it's the players that plays rubbish.

But the coach has to scold the players when they didn't do his expectations, it's a normal thing, what I see as point from the players is the fact that coach don't appreciate them whenever they win, he only scold them whenever they loose or played draw. It think it's because both the coach and players are in the same age group, Julian Nagelsmann (Bayern Munich coach) is just 35 years of age and among the players, the age of 30 is among them so they can't give him more respect than that, the little respect that they give him is because he's the head coach, if not, they would just see him as part of them.

Julian Nagelsmann never really win any trophy, he was RB Leipzig coach before, then when Bayern Munich see what he have as a coach, they didn't renew the ex coach's contract then they hired him as Bayern Munich head coach. So if it's coaches like Pep Guardiola or José Morinho, the players won't talk to him anyhow, they won't even want to say such things because they won't want to spend all their careers being on the bench and the player would give them respect due to who they are; they have Champions league and almost all competitions league over the years, they would even be scared to blame their coach.

Bayern Munich wastes so much chances they had, that is why they never have so many goals in this season, which is why they are in the third position. They need to work on their scoring ability, that is what they need now. When Bayern Munich played against Burussia Munchegladbach, they played 19 shots on target in total but they two goals. So coach have every reason to scold them, most especially the attackers, how could they just keep playing shots without goals. I even thought it would affect them today against Barcelona but it doesn't, they played very well and they utilise they chances.
