Honestly, guys when I saw this news report above a few hours ago, I busted into laughter and was literally rolling on the floor because it was a very funny situation, I guess the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has understood the power of decentralization and now know that decentralization is not a joke and that crypto can not be controlled by them or stopped, in fact, in my option this news about the Ohio man Gary Harmon, brother of Helix CEO Larry Harmon, who stole his brother’s forfeited crypto right out from under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) IRS’s nose, is a great PR for the crypto and decentralization because it proofs the point that we the crypto lover has been preaching for years that the government can not control your crypto and also that crypto or decentralization is the separation of money from the state or government.

IRS has a lot of learning to do still about the crypto space

This news shows how ignorant the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is about the crypto space because do you seize 712 Bitcoin worth over $12 million and you did not transfer the seized Bitcoin into another wallet either hot or cold storage or ledger to keep it safe from any other person that has the keys to that crypto wallet or maybe they thought crypto was like fiat currency that once they seize it, it is now under their control pitiful. Because it was more like the brother that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) seized the Bitcoin from complained to the brother who stole or sold the Bitcoin the nose of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and he was like hold my bear I will get you your money back. 🤣

But guys don't you think 40 years of prison time is too much for the crime?, the guy only stole or sold Bitcoin that rightfully belonged to his brother which the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) seized, it is not like he killed anyone, but do not get me wrong am not justifying the crime but the jail time is too much in my opinion or is the government ashamed that someone pulled a fast one on them and their ignorance.
