A BUSY WORKING DAY IN MY UNIVERSITY LAB: PROCESS OF PRESERVATION OF FISH AND BACTERIA CULTURE

Hello to all of my hive friends. How are you all. Hope everyone doing well and enjoying the day. I'm @onlygods55 . This is my long time after writing to this amazing community. Hope everyone forgive my mistakes and support me in my entire journey. Today I want to share some wonderful moments spend in my university lab. Hope everyone will enjoy the moments. Thank you all.

Today I was too much busy in my university lab work. I'm a fisheries student and studying about fish , we must have learn some important lab work .
Our respected teacher guide us through the entire process.

At Early in the morning, at 9 am , I woke up and ready for the lab work . At 10 am , my teacher came in lab and I was waiting for him . Today my teacher teach that how we can culture bacteria in lab and preservation process of fish .

Bacteria is one of the important things in fishing technology. By different methods, we can culture bacteria. Our teachers teach us how to culture bacteria and introduce us with different types of equipments which are specialized for culturing bacteria.

Then our teachers teach us about how we can preserve fish . There are different types of preservatives are used for this purposes. Some liquid such as alcohol, methanol etc used as preservatives for preservation purposes.

We learn for our teacher and then we try by own and after lot of try , we are succeed in preservation of fish in different liquid and also learned about culturing of bacteria in lab .

Thanks for our respected teacher to share with us this amazing method of culturing bacteria and preservation of fish.
