Bitcoin mining
Few facts about Bitcoin mining:
- Last Satoshis (of Bitcoin) will be mined some time in the year 2142
- During the last ~40 years of the mining epoch (2102-2142) less than one complete BTC will be mined, combined, by ALL the miners of the world.

By ALL.
Combined.
In 40 years !
- Mining stops, when after halving in 2142 the block reward splits down from 1 Satoshi to 0.5 Satoshi. As Satoshi is the smallest fraction (i.e. 0.5 Sat not possible) this process will STOP.

That's some years to come. Sadly won't be here by then.
Nice info about BTC.
Thanks for the education
I'm thinking about adding some ASIC machines to my portfolio, but I don't know exactly whether to do it, what do you think? Would you give me some $BTC tips?
At BTC $1M, one Satoshi will be worth $.01...one penny. Seems like that should be about right. That's why when I buy BTC now, I always look at it as buying Sats, not a % of 1 BTC. Right or wrong, it just feels better buying 500,000 Sats vs .005 BTC. 😁 (And then of course there's BTC $10M....)
Now I know about bitcoin mining , all thanks to you
Y2K 2.0!
So we basically have more than 100 years to mine $BTC! 🦁
Wow, lolz, 2142, that's a whole lot of time. I like these facts though. This thread is educational. Do you have subscribers only module in your account please?.
