{<MUSIC NEWS>} and Rising Star: Card Recommendations, Prices, statistics. 12/10/2024

Good afternoon to all my fellow hive members of this fine Rising Star community. I hope you all are having a good weekend with your family. Friends today the post has come out a little later than usual that I usually write about a topic that surely some of you already know because I have told you before. It is that in my country is very recurrent power outages and well today it so happened that the power went out just when I was going to write the post of the day haha. These are coincidences that sometimes happen and you have to adapt to the circumstances. And well, coincidentally the musical news that I bring you today is about a song whose main theme is just that, that is to be adaptable and resilient before problems. In a few moments I will tell you what it is about.

Besides that friends I also bring you my recommendation of the day about the best cards on the market for today in our beloved game Rising Star. So with that said, let's get started.

So friends, the song I want to tell you about today is Titanium, the song by Sia in collaboration with DJ David Guetta. I am more than sure that many of you have already heard it, especially because the song has already been on the market for several years. The news is that this song just today October 12 is turning 13 years and 65 days. The truth is that it's a story, as we would say around here “it's a bolon”. Haha. It seems like yesterday when I heard it for the first time, and it's been so many years. The truth is that it never ceases to amaze me how some songs age so well, almost as if they were, I don't know, made of titanium. Haha, that phrase kind of fits the theme of the song. I did it on purpose, not by chance.

I'll tell you how I met the song, because it has its history. One day I was visiting my cousin, on that occasion my family was going together to see her because she had been operated for a tumor in the throat and then we wanted to do an activity together because everything had gone well. So we were going to have a meal together at her house, something typical. And you know how it is, when you start cooking it is always better to have music in the background. Well, she (my cousin) played several songs to listen to while we were cooking and among them was “Titanium”. I had not heard it before, so it was a somewhat curious way to get to know it. Haha😅.

After that occasion I recorded that song to listen to it at home because I liked it a lot. And well, so many years later I come to tell you my opinions about it. First of all I always liked it.

For those who don't know the song, it talks about what I said at the beginning, that is to say resistance, about being unbreakable like titanium, if you want to be redundant with the name haha😅. In my opinion the message is clear, it's like you yourself telling the world “Nothing can take me down, no matter what”. And the truth, to me it has always made me think of moments in my life when, well, we all go through difficult things, but there we go on, stronger than ever. Sometimes I imagine those situations as if they were metaphorical bullets trying to knock you down, but you're still standing because well, because you're made of titanium, right? It's a simple sounding image, but it's very powerful if you stop to think about it.

Of course, not everyone may connect with the song in the same way. Maybe some of you heard it at the time and it didn't make much of an impact, or it may even seem like just another one of many electronic songs. But for me, it's special because, in addition to its message of strength, it's tied in a way to a memory, to that day when we were cooking and chatting in my cousin's kitchen. Sometimes songs become favorites not so much because of their quality, but also because of what they represent in our lives. In my case it's like that, although here it also adds that the song itself has excellent quality.

I think the strongest thing about Titanium is that feeling of being unstoppable both in the literal sense and in one's own thoughts. I see it as a constant reminder that in a way it doesn't matter what they throw at you, you can do anything if you put your mind to it. I really like that part of “I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose” especially because it always makes me think about how we can feel invulnerable at times, but not because of arrogance, but because of that inner strength that we all have, if we cultivate it of course.

So friends to finish I will leave the video in case any of you still have not heard the song and well I also leave it for those who have not heard it, it is always good to remember a good song. Don't forget to check out the card recommendation below.
