[ESP-ENG] Salsa Barbecue casera // Homemade Barbecue Sauce
Un gran saludo les quiero enviar a todos los amantes de la cocina, a los que dejan que su paladar los guié en este mundo lleno de muchos sabores, es un placer desearle bendiciones a los principales chef de esta comunidad, siempre los llevo en mi corazón cada vez que entro a mi cocina, ya que quisiera mostrarles todos mis platos pero aveces por mi trabajo no se puede, para mi es un placer pertenecer a esta gran plataforma como lo es @hive, pero igual me alegro cada vez que puedo publicar lo que hago y voy aprendiendo cada día.

Quiero compartirles en el día de hoy, una salsa de barbacoa casera que siempre hago para tener en la nevera, es muy buena para agregarles a tus platos de costillas asadas o a la paila, disfrutarlas en las alitas o muslos de pollo, también a un tierno cochinito al horno, en mi caso me encanta agregarle mas ajo de lo normal que la receta original, porque este ingrediente le da un sabor con un toque especial, pudieras en algún momento regalar en un lindo envase decorado de vidrio, para una ocasión especial de amigas de cocina o llegar a casa de familiares para compartir un feliz fin de semana de sabor hogareño, en fin la idea es tenerla siempre a disposición de la mano para utilizarla prácticamente rápido.
I want to share with you today, a homemade barbecue sauce that I always make to have in the fridge, it is very good to add to your dishes of grilled ribs or paila, enjoy them in the wings or chicken thighs, also to a tender baked piglet, in my case I love to add more garlic than normal than the original recipe, You could at some point give it as a gift in a nice decorated glass container, for a special occasion with friends in the kitchen or to go to your family's house to share a happy weekend of homemade flavor, the idea is to have it always at hand to use it practically quickly.
- 3 Tomates grandes maduros.
- 1 Cabeza de ajo en grano.
- 1 cucharada de Salsa de Soya oscura.
- 1 cucharada de Mostaza.
- 1 Chorrito de Vinagre.
- 1 Taza pequeña de Azúcar.
- Sal a tu gusto.
- 3 large ripe tomatoes.
- 1 head of garlic in grain.
- 1 tablespoon of dark Soy Sauce.
- 1 tablespoon of Mustard.
- 1 dash of Vinegar.
- 1 small cup of sugar.
- Salt to taste.
Seleccionas los tomates mas grandes y maduros que tengas en la nevera, en un envase agregas agua con vinagre para lavarlos muy bien.
Select the largest and ripest tomatoes you have in the fridge, in a container add water with vinegar to wash them very well.
Luego en una olla colocas los tomates, agregando suficiente agua para cubrir los tomates y pones a hervir, después dejas enfriar para proceder a quitar la piel de los tomates.
Then place the tomatoes in a pot, add enough water to cover the tomatoes and bring to a boil, then let cool and proceed to remove the skin from the tomatoes.
En una licuadora agregas los tomates enteros que ya están sancochados, licuas por unos minutos hasta que no queden trozos enteros, luego en una olla pones a hervir a fuego lento.
In a blender add the whole tomatoes that have already been parboiled, blend for a few minutes until there are no whole pieces left, then in a pot bring to a boil over low heat.
Agregas 1 taza pequeña de azúcar, un chorrito de vinagre, una cucharada de mostaza, una cucharada de salsa de soya oscura, una cucharada completa de ajo triturada previamente, un poquito de sal; este ultimo ingrediente es a tu gusto.
Add 1 small cup of sugar, a splash of vinegar, a tablespoon of mustard, a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, a full tablespoon of previously crushed garlic, a little salt; this last ingredient is to your taste.
Mezclas suave hasta que se integre todos los ingredientes, cocinas por unos minutos mas hasta que este espeso, pruebas si esta bien de sal, dejas reposar y listo para servir.
Mix smoothly until all the ingredients are integrated, cook for a few more minutes until it is thick, test for salt, let stand and ready to serve.
Puedes servir para disfrutar de esta salsa de barbacoa casera, el sabor es muy rico, cada vez que la preparo la conservo en un envase de vidrio, me encanto como quedo, espero la puedan preparar y decirme como les quedo, porque me gusta transmitir con amor todo lo que preparo, mis principales comensales son mis princesas, al igual que mi esposo, solo espero ver la reacciones de sus cara cuando prueban el primer bocado.
