Mass Indoctrination Day Four (4) 12/08/2022.
Greetings brethren in the name of the Lord Jesus, today was another beautiful day to learn the doctrines of Christ from the mass indoctrination, with the teachings of brother Eli and brother Daniel.
Thanksgiving is really important, we need to learn how to give thanks for the things we currently have and for the things we hope to have.
Thanksgiving is of a great essence for believers.
We also learnt about the importance of prayers as seen in the book of 1Timothy4:5 which says, for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
Prayer is a request and petition to God,God will not forsake those who believe in him. Prayers should be made to God on a constant and regular basis, and not only once in a month or when we need something from God.
Look at the example in the parable described in the Bible in Luke18:1, and he spoke a parable unto them, that men always ought to pray and not to faint.
This parable described a wicked judge who had no regard for man or God, there was a poor widow who wanted him to help her with a case but she definitely could not afford him, she kept going to him every time until eventually, he decided to help her because she consistently came to beg him for help.
How much more our God, if a wicked judge could do this.
Prayers to God, day and night would do a lot of good in our lives.
Praying to God on a regular basis, would really help our lives.
The tongue is an extremely powerful instrument, it has the ability to either mould or destroy. The book of Mathew2:34 says, O generation of vipers, how can ye be evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the tongue, the mouth speaketh.
We speak out of the things we have at heart, our heart ought to be purified, this way, we will be assured of positive speech at all times.
If on the other hand, we have a wicked and evil thought, then our speech and even actions would be filled with extreme wickedness all the time.
Mathew5:37 reminds us also of the need for pure and proper communication, but let your communication be yea, yea and nay, nay for whatsoever is more than this comes evil.
There is no need to say more than these words in a conversation, if you are not trusted after making this statement, then you should just let it slide.
We are inviting you to join the MCGI Cares (Hive) community that study the words of God and also earn some reward by making our reactions on it. We can check this link https://peakd.com/c/hive-182074/trending
Thanks be to God for listening on our meeting.
MCGI Cares (Hive) community's main mission is to share the words of God, not the Hive upvotes. If we get upvotes, please treat it as just a bonus. Do not focus mainly on material things as the bible is teaching us not to look at things seen but rather focus our eyes on things not seen.
II CORINTHIANS 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
