Dieting can be defined as the act or process of regulating one's food intake for the sole purpose of improving one's physical condition, especially for the purpose of reducing obesity, or what is conceived to be excess body fat.
Dieting involved discipline and specific selection of the particular food to eat at a particular time, this is usually facilitated by a dietician or special health personnel to people.

Dieting sometimes can be effective in weight loss , whereby all the body fat is being burnt out or reduced from the body.
Sometimes too it can lead to weigh gains.

Exercises:
Exercises can be defined as an activity which requires physical effort, usually carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness.
Examples of some common exercises are running, swimming, skipping, and also engaging in sports activities.

One of the best thing that ever happened to me is regularly engaging in exercise , I can see improvement in my fitness and Health overall.

Most importantly I do Calisthenics.
Calisthenics is a form of exercise that uses a person's body weight and requires little to no equipment.
Here are some Examples of calisthenic exercises include crunches, pushups, and burpees. Calisthenics has many health benefits , it's not expensive or difficult to start, you don't need any equipment or special gadgets, all that is needed is your Body.
I have been practicing calisthenics for a long time now.

For Me I think Both Exercises and Diet goes together, because wherever you exercise your body, you are supposed to eat good food so as for the body stay fit and strong.
But if I am to choose just one out of the two, I will go with regular exercises, this is because, I have tested and it's proven that it works because,I don't fall sick, I have some nice body shape and I do all the exercises for free without hitting the gym or any body's assistance.

Let me share some of my calisthenic routine to you.

First off I start with body warming up , stressing and relaxing my muscles after waking up.
After Warming up my body, then push ups,
There are a lot of push Up variations that I do, sometimes I do the Wide grabs push up and then the closeup push ups..
I do like 60 reps.

Then I do plank
Plank is a very strong core exercise that need your to be disciplined, it's very effective in building your core and agility. I mostly so plank for 5 minutes.

Sit Ups.
Sit ups are exercises that helps clear every fat in your stomach area, for a man if you want to have 6 packs, this exercise is for you.

Squats
I don't do much Squats though, but a lot of people straighten their body postures, it also help to build your bumbum, am sure ladies do squats a lot hehe

Thank you so much for your time

I hope you enjoy reading and have a great day 😘

You're a big man na, that sit up and planking can be so difficult and I sometimes almost pass out doing it, you're doing well though.

I will keep doing my best and hope to reach your level someday.

Pass out ke🤣, you can do it little by little and then keep pushing higher,
I think you can easily do push up, sit ups and plank at home before gym sometimes
