MCGI CARES DAY 2 MASS INDOCTRINATION SERVICE HELD ON 31ST JANUARY, 2023.

Good day beloved MCGI Cares and wonderful Hivers, I welcome you to my blog. My name is Olu Thomas, I sincerely appreciate the effort you always put in stopping by checking my post am forever grateful and God will reward you for that kind gesture.
I will be sharing with us what I learned from Day 2 Mass Indoctrination please use the comment section to correct me and educate me more. thanks

> My Take from Day 2 Teaching

Those that were called by God make up one body and one spirit, God wants us to come together in one accord, that one is the church, and is only one body, no matter the number of churches or the numbers of believers all over the world, the bible teaches us is only one body, and that body is the body of Christ, is only one church, and it is called the church of God, we are not.
The bishops are overseers of the church of God, nothing is written as to how shall he take care of the roman catholic, but he said the church of God, is His church, not anyone’s church.

Everything that belongs to God should be called by His name, the church belongs to God, so why should we give the church of God a different name, we are supposed to be the members of the church, not the owners, and that is why MCGI is Members Church of God International, we are members and God is the head of the church.

Which name do we suppose to give to the church of God, Proverbs 22:1 says a good reputation is to be chosen rather than great riches, loving favor rather than silver and gold.” We need to choose a good name for our denomination and what is the excellent reputation that God wants us to choose, the church of God, not Roman Catholic, no four-day adversary, etc. all these names are not written in the Bible, the only good name we need is the church of God because we are all members of the church, we are not to give the church of God another name separate from the original good name giving by the creator himself. Jesus said He will build His church and the gate of hade shall not prevail, God needs the church should be His own, not ours, we are assigned by Him to be overseers of His Church. As we continue to be members of the same body and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus, if we preach the gospel and anyone who rejects the message rejects the head of the church which is God and such a person will be judged on the last days.

The moment you accept this gospel of Christ, you automatically become a member of the Church of God and will be a partaker of His promise in Christ Jesus. And you need the gospel and you need to know the doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ.

In the Bible singing Is a commandment, so we are supposed to sing to God because singing is part of the gospel, we used songs to tell God how His goodness and His mercy have been real to us, we also sing to our loved ones to prove love and how we feel to them.
