WATERS OF ADVERSITY

Drowning away in the waves,
Life surrounds us with. Killer
Waves they are, making us
Lose our footing in the Seastorm,
Of reality. Waddling in the,
Troubled waters of life.
Lost we are.

Struggling to stay afloat,
While being tossed about
In turblent water of life.
Swirling round and round,
The ship we are on,
Capsizes, then flows in the
failures, disappointment, Hurts
And pains in life.

The waters of adversity, pushing
Us about in its raging torrent.
Suffocating us, with splashes.
We struggle to hold on to the
Little breath of life we have,
Not wanting to be swept away,
By it current. Our feet's finding
No balance, we get swept away,
In it ever rising tide.

Swept far away, in these waters
Of adversity, sadly we have no
One to rescue us, out of our
Predicament. We slowly give in to
The Current of the waters wherever,
It leads us to. Accepting our fate.
