I MISS THE DAYS

Source
I miss the Days,
not Overthinking myself.
When eating was the
Only thing I thought,
About. I miss the day of
Kid, wishing to be one
Again.

I miss the Days, when I
Had nothing to worry about,
And slept easily like a new-
Born child, when the troubles
I had, were assignment and
Classworks, oh!! Take me
Back to those days.

Source
Had little, but it felt like I had
The whole world at my feet,
When life was all about,
Playing with friends and eating,
And nothing seemed to keep
Me on my toes.

Source
I miss the days, when the love,
I was surrounded with was real,
From friends. When our Smile
Was real and genuine, without
Hurt or Pain hidden behind
Our Heart's.

Source
Playing, Galavanting about,
Cheerfully, with pure intentions,
For one another. Our heart's
Filled with a constant state of
Felicitation. When nothing seemed
To bother us. Take me back
To those days.

The ironies of life: as a child we wanted to be big and when we reach adulthood, we want to turn back the clock, but life moves forward and even if we want to, we can't grow up again. Greetings

A veces queremos tanto retroceder o regresar el tiempo, pero hay que atesorar lo que tenemos en el tiempo presente. Un gusto leerte

What days those were gone and now we long for them almost in a desperate plea, after all those days will no longer return.

Thanks for sharing.
Good day.

What a great poem, I often miss that where my only concern was not to get out of line when we drew but that's another story, in the end we were happy and did not know it and when we are older is when we appreciate it more, thanks for sharing ♥
