GLORY BE TO THE NAME OF THE LORD FOR GIVING ME THE WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY TO LISTEN TO THE WORDS OF CHRIST FROM HIS PREACHER BROTHER ELI THROUGH TODAY'S BIBLE STUDY PROGRAMME VIA ZOOM
I WAS REALLY BLESSED LISTENING TO THE WORDS OF GOD AND I'M HERE TO SHARE WHAT I LEARNED FROM THE BIBLE STUDY
I PRAY YOU'RE BLESSED AS YOU READ
HERE'S WHAT I LEARNED FROM TODAY'S BIBLE STUDY
The Preacher taught us how we are supposed to live a Godly and Holy life in all Reverence to God and to his teachings
We are to Obey and follow the Commandments of God because his Commandments are not Grievous
I Learnt from the Book of Romans 7:12-13
That the Law is Holy, The Commandment is Holy, Just and good
He also sighted to us the Book of 1st John 5:3 That we should keep Diligently the Commandments if the Lord our God, His Statutes and Testimonies
The Preacher made us know that the soul that sins would die,we should therefore Abhor sin and Live a Godly life in all Reverence to God and Humility
He made us know that the son would not bear the iniquity of the Father and vice versa Anyone who sins will bear and face the consequences
I Learned through the Bible study that the Righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him meaning what you saw is what you would reap
The Preacher made Reference to the Book of
2 Peter 1:16, saying that we should not follow cunningly devised fables, false Doctrines and ideologies but rather we should Follow Christ and what is written in his word
For his Words are True and Everlasting
His words would always go into fulfillment because he is not a Man that he would lie and neither a Son of Man that would take back what he's said
He said in his word that Heaven and Earth shall Pass away but his words shall not pass away meaning his Word is Eternal, His word would still remain from Generations to Generations
God says our sins and iniquities he would remember no more if we turn to him, he doesn't keep record of all our sins and wrong doings,He Graciously forgives us due to the Saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ who was the remission for our sins
We can therefore now come Boldly before his Throne of Grace that we may obtain Mercy and Find Grace in the time of our needs.
From the Bible Study Learned that we should hold fast the Profession of our Faith without wavering For God is Faithful that has Promised
He remains Faithful even if we are Faithless.
We should not forsake the Assembling of ourselves as Believers we should not forsake the gathering of Believers we should exhort one Another as Believers and consider one another to Provoke unto Love and good works
The Grace of our Lord Jesus is exceeding abundant with Faith and Love which is in Christ Jesus
If we hear Jesus, we hear God and if we despise Jesus we despise God for the Father is not separate from the Son
If we believe in Christ, we believe in God
Christ didn't come to Judge the World he came to save the world from their sins and iniquities
Brother Eliseoriano made us know that some times Disasters are not caused by natural means alone, it is the sin and iniquities of others that leads to man made disasters
HEB 12:48 makes us know that, if we reject Christ and receive not his word we have rejected God
We should always strive to know the Will of God,walk in it and Fulfill it because in his Word is his Will
People suffer at times because of their sin not because of God because he doesn't willingly afflict the sons of men
God is not wicked, He is kind
His thoughts towards us are good and not of evil to give us an expected end
Christ is the reason for our existence,So therefore Fear God and keep his Commandments because this is the whole duty of mankind
Let Love be Without dissimulation Abhor evil and cleave only to what is good
Love not in word or in tongue but in deed and truth
HOW THE BIBLE STUDY HAS POSITIVELY IMPACTED ME
1)I Learned through the book of Proverbs 29:25 that the fear of Man bringeth snare but if you put your Trust in God you would be safe
2)I Learned that Better is a dry morsel eaten in quietness than a house full of sacrifices with strife
I Learned that God is my refuge and strength in very present help in time of need and trouble so therefore I would not fear
I Learned that, we should pray for the Power of God's word to be active in our lives and find fulfillment in us
I Learned that we should pray to be Strengthened with might by his spirit in our inner man
