Wednesday Walk That Make Me Smile- Invest My HIVE Earnings

On Sunday I will share with you the part two of my travel. Today ,I'm willing to tell you why I power down. I have a house I bought long before. My son has its home too. His wife inherit it from his father since she is the only daughter but recently I decided to let them stay in another place as long as my problem will be settled. Upon my arrival, before I go home in Davao, I went to my cousin who is a working in real estate.

She invited me to avail the pre-sale of the new open subdivision somewhere in Bulacan. It coincides to my plan to let my son and his family leave Davao as long as everything will be alright. It was Wednesday when we went to the location of the subdivision. I finalized the deal with my cousin. I also met the developer to secure the information and detail. I live the place. It is only 10 minutes drive to the highway. There is elementary and high school school.

They are going to start the project this month and I am one of the first who avail the pre-sale. I choose a corner location so I can make business in the near future.After paying the amount, they congratulated me and they took picture as part of the promotion period.

Soon, they will build the subdivision and so happy that we could be a neighbor someday. I need to change my treshhold of my life, our life. Hopefully, we can live a healthier happier life. This is not my plan and I never had this plan but, it came in time.

I am just happy to share with you that the monkey I paid for this is the monkey I power downtown from hive. This is the fruit of hive platform. Don't worry, I will buy back hive as long as I come back to my work. I will invest not only time but my salary will be invested in hive soon.

The location is a rice field and the developer already pay the owner of the big land area. They said that they were planting rice for how many long years and it never changed their life being a farmer. The owner of the land also bought some part of the subdivision and avail the pre-sale.

The developer will build 4000 units in this land.

Our meeting was suddenly stopped when the goats and cow took our attention when they playfully rubbing around us. The baby cow, mother cow and goats ran toward our direction so we also ran and laught.

They are my cousins in my grandmother side. We will be living in this place. They have their home in Manila and plan to settle like me in Ildefonso, Bulacan.

The subdivision has it's name *Arrow Town of San Ildefonso, Bulacan. I am now excited to be there one day and our houses in Davao will be for rent. Only God knows what His plans for me, for us! I wanna leave everything and I am always leaning to His shoulder. Without Him, I am nothing at all.
