Full Moon of November 2023 - My Father's Birthday In Heaven

I captured the moon last night and it was so bright. I just imagine when I was in the province, it's really giving light to the mountain. Unlike here in the city, there are so many light around and never mind the moon but me, I am always excited to see it.

Grab the my day picture of my niece who truly love my father.(Credit to my niece Isabel Dojo.)Her message for my tatay birthday yesterday touched my heart so badly. This picture was taken when my father was still alive visiting my mother in the graveyard. My father was hard to walk that day because of his arthritis but it didn't stop him to visit my mother, his first and last love.

This was their last photograph during their 50th golden wedding anniversary before my mother died.

I really miss you both Nanay and Tatay in heaven. Your love to each other taught us how to love honestly.They were first love and brought it into their whole life through thick and thin.

I remember the time my husband died when I was only 34 years old. We are gifted only one child. I was not there in the Philippines that time and he died hugging my son, ended his breath in my son shoulder. My mother and father cried because I was too young and they knew our life story that time.

My God what happen to me? I was on the rooftop watching the moon up in the sky. The wind blew so cold touched my skin and the memory of my father, my mother, my grandmother and my friend Karen popped up in my mind.I was thinking that their spirit were all beside me. This was really happening. Tears in my eyes overflowed in my cheek, my face was totally wet while the coldness of the night chilled me.
