Beautiful Sunday Walk For Asean Hive Challenge
The time I saw the post about the kangkong Cook Off, I told myself to join but how? Long tine ago, the garden was full of kangkong but now no more. It made all the #ofw happier with matching malunggay in my garden with lemon grass. It was ended last 2017 when they decided changing the soil of the garden. They removed all my plants anf I didn't plant kangkong ang moringga again. It affected the health of the flowers nearby.
The finished product, Gisadong Kangkong. It is planted in upland not in the watery place.
Ingredients:
2 dollars kangkong
2 tablespoon sesame oil
Big onions
1 clove garlic
1 maggi cubes
Procedures:
Wash thoroughly the kangkong. Check if there is snail on it.
Heat a pan , put the sesame oil, add the garlic until golden brown and the onions.
Add the kangkong, cover in medium heat.
Add maggi cubes until reaches your desired taste.
Done served!
Because of the community challenge, that is the reason why I walked to support and show the whole world that we have @justinparke/@asean.hive let me walked just to buy kangkong in a Filipino store manage by Indian national.
This is the Kangkong that I bought for 1$ and I eat until now. Then, I will replant the twig when the eoots come out.
I bought it to post but because I was already hungry, I forgot to video the process.
I only use garlic, onions, maggi cubes and little around of sesame oil for stir frying
Supposed to Buy Filipino Food
The salivating Fililipino product but I only bought silver swan soy sauce, string beans, ampalaya and kangkong.
We are glad that every time crave for a Filipino product, we have this place to buy ingredient to produce Filipino foods. Yes, its expensive but its fine than nothing to eat for two years or more on what we want to eat.
This is my #beautifulsunday post for @ace108 and @asean.hive challenge.
