Beautiful and Sublime Sunday - Part of The #OFW Sacrifices!
The first day in the morning, I was a little bit sad, I fought my feelings but it overpowered my strength. No choice, I must get up! No one can help me but myself only. We went to the bank with my friend and neighbor in the Philippines. My old friend together with me sending remittance was already going for good. Another friend now again and we were just walking only to save the money for fare. What disappointed me was she never check the name of her husband. I included my money with her remittance because my bank is too far. I need to walk for another 30 minutes. When we were home last Saturday, there in her employer house, she noticed the name of her husband was wrong. So, yesterday we walked back again. Well, we enjoy walking, we have no car in the Philippines.
My Ninja looks to be safe all the time.
We met new friend and they are not covering their faces and hair since they are newbie here. I prepared covering my face since then.
My neighbor was checking her money but not checking the name of the receiver. She is second timer working here, that is why I leave her alone processing the money. I regretted but it was done.
The bank was not so busy but women are being prioritize to be served first.
Yesterday, we went there again to correct the spelling of the receiver.
Another walked under the heat of the sun for the love of our family back home during this holiday season.
There is no other reason why we work here is to earn and send it back home. Walking or riding a car is all our risk but we took all those risk for our family. If we walk, we are safer than riding a car of a strangers even in day time. The problem is if I walk alone and feel dizzy because of the my hypertension. What I did is to to drink my mentainance tablet to be sure that my pressure is normal. We cannot wait our boss to drive for us. They are not quickly responding to drive us and just told us okay but after 1 week. Most of them do not do on what they can do for today.
Well, money arrived yesterday but already closed. Today is holiday so there is no office, all are in holiday vacation.
That's all our bad Saturday and Sunday experienced but turned into a beautiful day finding new friend and walk and sweat while walking. What a good exercise. My friend told me why I walked faster than her? I am 53 and she is just 35 years old. Thanks God for the strength and healthy life.

Sounds like a lot of trouble to send the money even if the name was right before.
I thought things can simply be done via some banking online in many parts of the world where there is a city.
Yes, I have my apps mobile apps but the money was not send to my ATM so I need to go to the bank. It was only the letter U and N and it gave us headache😅
