HAPPINESS, GATE WAY TO A LIFE OF GOOD HEALTH

Different people have different understanding and meaning of happiness to their lives. But for me, it means the world. It is my source of good health and wellness. It is the Joy of my life and my hope in the midst of hopelessness. Without happiness, I would have gone to a journey of no return. People don't understand of the negative effects of sadness but I have gone through it. After much battling, I come to realize that happiness is not a gift but a decision we have to make. So I decided to trend it's path in order to remain alive and healthy.
There are different ways people can achieve happiness but I can get mine through doing things I love the most, such as reading books on hopes and faith, staying around positive friends, having good memories of the past, playing with my kids, sometimes, making imaginations of things I love to see and making sure I'm busy. I do all these because whenever I'm happy, I'm healthy. The world we live in comes with different challenges but it is important for us to find positive things on daily basis to be happy of. Another way of finding happiness is, staying off sad environment. We ought to know ourselves and know what we're capable of handling. Myself, I'm so emotional when it's comes to sad news and sad scene. So all I do is to stay off such. For example, I skipp a lot of online news and scene just to remain happy.
To keep on enjoying happiness, I don't allow my environment force me into doing what I hate. Some times we hear people saying, they hate a particular thing but had no option. Having no option means you are not happy doing it. Another way I can achieve happiness is by expecting little or nothing from people. Most times, I feel hurt and disappointed when people I'm expecting much from has nothing to offer. I put to my best to chase idleness away because it is the biggest threat to my happiness. Idleness is the killer of joy so, I don't give it a chance. I do everything humanly possible to be busy. Putting a smile on people's faces can also contribute to my happiness, so I channel my energy over there.
In conclusion, despite the fact that there are a whole lot of difficulties and challenges in the world, we should try to respond to them with a positive mind. Also, we should try to have more positive experiences than the negatives.

I totally love this sentence and I agree with you; happiness is a decision which we have to make on our own. Nobody is responsible for our happiness, it's something we have to decide if we want it or not
