Free to play - PsyberX on Friday! Reblog this post within Friday and earn 100 lvl tokens!

Did you know that you could play a First-person shooter(FPS) game this Friday… FOR FREE!? If you did not know I would say you are one of those who slept through classes in high school (sorry we have all been there). Nevertheless, If you stick around I will tell you what you need to know to get started wit @PsyberX.

Up until this Friday PsyberX has not been free to play... You needed to buy certain NFTs to get early access in order to play the game. Many of us have misunderstood the concept that this was a “pay to play... and then to earn”. That is not the fact, you can play PsyberX for free, this Friday 10th of February!

But before I let you know how we get started, let me briefly give you an introduction to PsyberX.

What is PsyberX?

Psyberx is a FPS game centered on gun combat from a first person perspective! (You can play in third person mode as well). It is a blockchain game in a three-dimensional space. Have you played Halo, Call of Duty or Fortnite? PsyberX is all the above but with NFTs – you own the frigin guns MAN!

Moreover PsyberX is a kill-2-earn game, and this means that you can earn the in-game currency; LVL! (Which is a token) You can use LvL to upgrade your player to get an edge, thus earning even more. It is also built-in assets like commercial- and simple land plots that will generate passive income some way or another. More on that in my future posts.

More Games will come!

The above describes the main game. However, there will be four games: Psyber Decks, PsyberX (the above), Psyber Towers and Psyber Sects.

Psyber Decks is the next game out. It will work as the backbone of the NFTs and LVL tokens of PsyberX, and will most likely be launched rather sooner than later. Make sure you go buy some LVL over at Hive-Engine if you want to participate in an auto battler card trading game similar to @Splinterlands.

The fun part here is that all the above games will provide even more utility to the NFTs and the LvL token in the Psyberverse. If you want to learn more about the mentioned games, please join us at discord!

How to play PsyberX for free!

As a totally brand new player to PsyberX the only thing you would need to do is to click on this link right here.

This will take you to the Discord of PsyberX – note that the number of members has risen sharply in the latest month, something is down the pipeline. Anyways, what to do when you enter our Discord? First of all, it would be awesome if you said “hello, how do you do?”. Secondly you need to ask for a KEY that will give you access to the PsyberX game. This Key is what you will use when you download and install the game. You probably remember a long time ago when you bought discs in a store and with it came a key, a product key. You needed that key to install the game so you could play. World of warcraft was a great example of this. Now, I bet you remember.

That’s it - when you ask for a key - the community will help you with the rest. Brilliant you say - Yes, we say! It has never been simpler to start playing a blockchain game! How often do you get help from a community to start play a game? Rarely never. I challenge you to play with me! We will have some fun together!

Keep in mind that when you start to play PsyberX you will be playing in Alpha stage, meaning you can’t earn the in-game currency yet. So, for now, you will be playing a FPS game similar to a WEB2 game – for instance Counter Strike (only with 100X better graphics). Needless to say the game is built in Unreal engine 5, which is one of the best places to build three dimensional worlds these days. Look it up for yourselves here.

Also, when in Alpha stage, you will probably stumble over some bugs and glitches here and there. Then, it would be great if you where to report these in our Discord, so we get the devs. to fix it right away. By experience they fix bugs faster than you can say “I SEE A BUG”! The alpha stage will last until the team can tie the game into the blockchain for the play-to-earn aspect. And… rumors tell me that this is VERY SOON!
