I know you don't hate missing all that snow.... nor the power outage.

I haven't been going along with the trial, although in flipping channels around and seeing two minutes of news now and then, I was aware the trial was going on. I also accidently saw the guilty on all counts verdict flash across the screen early this evening.

So sad to think anyone could kill their spouse, but there is certainly something black hearted about being able to kill one's on child. Unfathomable !

Well it is hard to imagine. However in his own words, he said he hurt the ones he loved the most...

You don't miss the snow?? No way! I haven't seen snow here for a few years, I had to drive to the mountains in Pennsylvania to see it! Well, if you keep the Michigan house, you can visit the snow, right?

I am happy to hear that you fared well with the power outage. Losing power and food. Yikes! That is a sin.

Even I have been hearing about Murdaugh, and glad I didn't have to watch the trial. The crime was horrifying, killing your whole family in one swoop. How could anyone possibly look them in the eye and do that? It makes me nauseous to even think about it. ☹️

I wasn't surprised at all. I wished I was.

It surprises me not at all, sadly. Desperate people do desperate things, and he certainly was desperately trying to cover his tracks in more ways than one. I always wonder in situations like this, at exactly what point does a person lose their soul and do the unthinkable?

I haven’t been following that much as I have so many other things vying for my attention these days. Glad you enjoyed it and hope the comment conversation will be lovely.

I tell you ya picked a fine time to get up out of here and head south. I am about to eat all that snow while you are down there. I don’t mind it though as I have a snowblower, work from home, and love a break in the action…even when it is up to a foot of snow!

I don’t even bother with a snow brush to get the snow off my car… I just stand on the snow bank above and use the snow float…. there’s a good 2” of ice to protect the paint from November to April.

Speaking of snow…. This is the view out my back window this morning… they are calling for another 10” here in Eastern Ontario Canada.

I have to dig out the patio to get outside.

Call me weird - I think the snow covered adirondack chairs look quite beautiful and our husky would love plunging through the white stuff to sit on them! Be safe @offgridlife

Ok Weird. 😂… I think so too. It’s a lot of work to clean them of snow every second day but the red looks good against the snow and balsam fir…. Lola loves running around them and also … jumping in The snow.
