Breathe in... the good energy,
The aura of strength that surrounds you,
The calmness and peace , draw them,
The flavour and colours of life,
That constantly nudge us into a better identity.
Breathe out... The bad vibes,
The glaring limitations that weakens you,
The silent battles you have constantly fought,
The stinky darkness of life,
That constantly reminds you that you ain't enough.
Breathe in... Every motivation around you,
All of the true reality of your being,
The things that keep you in sane
And makes you stand on your feet always,
Elegantly and beautifully, just as you are.
Breathe out... All that are trying to suffocate
Your growth and development,
Do not give a chance to be trampled upon,
Or to be ripped off of your royalty,
Breathe out all of the negativity.
Breathe in and out, you will be fine,
Breathe in and out, so you wouldn't choke,
Breathe in and out, you grow beautifully
Breathe in and out, you'll see yourself in an unusual way,
Breathe in and out , you are never doing too much.
