I present to you this portrait sketch of a baby girl made on a stretch canvas using Graphite Pencil ✏. As I will always say, there's always a definite start point to all portrait pieces.

However, there are several methods that can be used to by different artist to achieve their sketch but i personally prefer the use of scaling which is otherwise referred to as griding to perfect my sketch most especially at a time when I want it realistic and also to get my perfection in the piece.

It's a process that can be achieved in different forms.
