Book Review: "Questions Young People Ask" Readers Digest

This is a kind of readers digest I always read and I already read this book 2 times already. I have many books here and I already read some of it and this will shared to all of you for the next article one-by-one. For today's topic, I would like to share the book reviews and conclusions about the topics and contents of this book and I truly believe that this will help to us as Parents and to all young Generations.

As a reader, I gain many ideas and informations from the book I read and this will really helps me in my personal Life and applied if it is fitted too. There are few topics inside of this book and most of the information are related in Parenting and teens.

• How Can I Make Good Friends?
• Why Should I Care About Health?
• Boost of Self Confidence.
• Should I Quit School?

Allow me to share the conclusions and Reviews about this topics stated and lets begin on the First topics:

I would like to share the reviews about Freedom. Each of us wants freedom, a kind of situation on which we want to go anywhere with any consent to our Parents.

My Question is this, Is it good to have Freedom?

For me in my own point of view, freedom is not bad to all people but it needs timing just like at the right ages. We all know that there are lots of teenagers who wants freedom and goes anywhere and have fun together with their friends. Not knowing that this is not really good at their younger age. We can earn more freedom if we will know how to stand with our own feet and have capabilities to balance the good and bad situations. In addition with that, we should also get the trust of our Parents by doing good ways.

Parent's Conversation, A Heart- to- Heart talk:

Some of the teens don't want to talk and don't want to make an open Conversation between their Parents. This is not really Good and it should not be done. Having a Family conversation can make the Family relationship strengthen. For the teens, Our personal problems should be shared to our Parents so that our Parents will guide us on what to do. Our Parents always waits us to make an open Conversation even if they already know what are our problems. Don't feel guilt about sharing our Problems to our Parents. They will be very happy if we shared our problems because they will feel that we truly trust them as Parents.

Gaining More Friends:

In this topic, having more friends is very important. Their are lots of people we can shared our feelings and thoughts. But the most important is our Parents. Related in this topics, How can we gain more friends? The answers are very simple:

• Be good to others.
• Always be a good listener and good advicer.
• Make yourself always happy and talk to other people.

This are some good and important ways on how we can earn or gain more friends. A simple steps but can bring a lot of good benefits to ourselves.

Health Topics:

Food is one sources of our energy and it is really good to wat 3x a day but eating different kinds of foods have also limitations. Some of the foods we should take limitations of eating are Oily, salty and sweet foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are very perfect to eat that needs on our body and do a proper exercises to keep our body physically fit. This are also kind of simple tips but it brings and gives a lot of food benefits.

Boost Your Self- Confidence:

Self-confidence is also important to all of us to achieve and to become successful. In this topic, there are some tips on how to boost your self-confidence just like don't make feel ashamed yourself and be proud of. Be fun and enjoy the good deeds you did and don't be affected of to many kinds of problems you faced. If we achieved this, we can gain the success and better future.

Quitting School:

This should no need to ask about quitting school because as well all know studies is very important to all children but, this kind of questions usually asked for those kids who have not money or having financial problems. But as the topics says, Don't stop and be practical.

How?
By keeping ourselves productive and join some light jobs. Elementary have free tuitions under the Government so there will be no excuse for that. When there's a will, there's a way.

This topic helps a lot to all of us that is why I really loved to read it many times.
