Holiday Experiences and Their Effects.
Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. So many of us look forward to the holiday season for the fun that comes with it. Many memories that live on forever in our hearts are created during the holiday season, as even work does not come in the way during the holiday season. During the holiday season, every worker is given a week or two to spend time with friends and loved ones and create memories that will live on even after they are gone.

During the holiday season, not even work can come in the way; even workers who are super busy are allowed to have some fun during this season. That season of the year everyone plans for—some see it as a deadline to catch up with all they had planned out for the year. Some see it as the time to look back and see how much progress they have made while they map out plans for the coming year. Setting goals is an easy thing to do, but working towards achieving them is a very difficult thing to do.
Sometimes the holiday season comes with mixed feelings. Some are happy that the year is coming to an end, while others are sad that they could not achieve set goals, but nothing can be done about it as they have run out of time and can only let it go while they try to enjoy the holiday season and let nothing come in the way with the hope of achieving goals next year.
I always have my plans mapped out before the holiday season, just so I can have a wonderful holiday. The season serves as an escape route from school and work, so we all plan to make the most of it. While making the most of our holidays, these holidays leave impacts and affect our lives, sometimes positively and sometimes negatively. Two years ago, I spent Christmas in the village with so many of my cousins, aunties, uncles, siblings, and my parents, and this particular holiday season taught me the lesson of my life, giving me reasons to believe in the saying "United we stand and divided we fall."
We fought each other's fights; even when we go to the football field, many are scared to touch one of our own because of what comes later. Though we have not seen each other in years, we were so united and did everything together. This particular holiday experience opened my eyes to many things that I am grateful for.
I realized that a family that sticks together can come out of any situation fighting, and a family that's united can win every battle.
I enjoy my own company and don't like to relate, but after this particular holiday, all I want to do is relate because I saw how it was. If you relate with people, you can easily get help when you need it.
A family's unity is what promotes their growth; based on how we were, we shared every update with each other. Some paid off, and some did not.
Thanks for reading my post.
That's one of the beauties of such festive season. We get to meet family members, especially "foreigner", bond well enough to make enough mark that would last for decades because the possibility of having such meeting is rare 😅
The opportunity to see each comes once in a while, that's why every opportunity must be valued.
For sure. That moment is always valuable
Family is everything, and I'm glad there's a season every year where we all look forward to see our loved ones who are far away from us.
Indeed we all appreciate the season where we get the opportunity to see each other.
