Social media challenge: Gobalano Soldier un duende problemático 🃏 EN-ES

Greetings Splinterlands community, I have been absent due to some repairs they have been doing in the building where I live, which has kept me a bit away from my favorite social network, so, I have made time to participate in the challenge of the week keeping as main theme "Rebellion", so in today's post, I will be talking about a card that I consider one of my favorites, where I will also take the opportunity to show an incredible battle against the famous "Quora Towershead", an opponent difficult to obtain, as it only comes out buying Packs in the guild store, which led me to investigate; and as I'm not in any of them, obviously it will be difficult to get hahaha, I want it because I play it often and it's a nuisance for me haha, but well, with nothing more to say, let's start with this incredible card.

Gobalano Soldier

This Goblin Gangster, with a demon look and flashy color, seemed to me the most incredible in design, since, by his spiked bat, reminded me of the troublesome and bloodthirsty Negan (Although it becomes good later, but it is not the subject), which, is an actor of the Zombie series "The Walking Dead" Haha, the one who has seen the series will understand me, this Goblin looks like he likes trouble and is ready to be your worst nightmare when it comes to being used on the battlefield, the Splinterlands design team, really went all out with this new release, I'm not saying they haven't done it in the past, but let's be honest, every illustration is better than another haha or maybe I'm just a lady who doesn't know about this and I'm impressed with this new release.

This problematic goblin along with my other cards, have formed an almost perfect lineup when it comes to climb positions in the "League", I say "Almost", because clearly I have lost some battles in the process, but, thanks to this lineup I could finally move to "Bronze II", giving me more encouragement to continue my way in this great adventure, also, Gobalano despite being "Common" rarity, has excellent stats, using only 3 mana points which is perfect for battles with very low mana cost.

At level 1, it has +1 attack, +2 life, +3 speed (fundamental) and 2 base skills which are: "Sneak and Ambush" and from level 5, an additional skill called "Shatter" is added, finishing with a flourish at its highest level.

Goblin Skills

Let's talk now about these 3 incredible skills:

Sneak: Attack the last card of the opponent's position in such a way that, if the opponent has placed a key card at the end, my Gobalan will go directly to it, unless the opponent's card has the "Camouflage" ability, then the attack will be directed to the antepenultimate card of my opponent's lineup.

Ambush: A new ability from the "Rebellion" edition, which allows attacking before the battle starts, that is to say, it would attack twice as much, both at the beginning and after the 1st Round starts, something that would give us an advantage in a certain way, let's hope they don't put a card with the "Thorns" ability at the end hahaha.

Shatter: Destroys enemy armor when hit with this ability, that is to say, if my opponent has placed a card at the end of his lineup, with the advantage of attacking before the battle starts, he would start without armor allowing him to go directly to life.

These abilities seem amazing to me and are part of my lineup, but I must say that it is not entirely good, as it is easy to defeat with abilities like "Opportunist" or "Thorns", so we must devise a plan on how to take care of it in the lineup, although it would be perfect to have a shield, but I think it is too much to ask haha, so, as a recommendation, put together a good strategy as I have done, where I will show you below, my "Gobalano Soldier" in action.

Battle

In this battle I never thought I would win, beyond believing that I had a certain advantage, this did not cross my mind, since as I commented before, I had not been able to beat the great "Quora Towershead", so, I automatically thought: I LOST 🥺 haha, but, to my great surprise, it was not so, I will explain part of what was my defense:

In this lineup I focused on a good tank as is our legendary "Grum Flameblade", which, has an excellent amount of shield, life and attack, although, despite having +1 speed, the rest of my cards and their attacks, were focused on the final part of my opponent's lineup, which helped to weaken from behind, so, for this job I used "Uraeus" and Gobalano, also, I placed "Scavo Hireling" to repair the shield of my cards and as a last card that only worked as bait, I used "Radiated Scorcher", in case there was a surprise attack destined to my final lineup.

As part of protection, I placed "Uraeus" in front of my Gobalano, since it has a shield, so if there was any attack with the Opportunist ability, it could adsorb the attack, at least that's what I thought at the time of positioning them, finally, here I will leave you part of what was this incredible battle and how this Ambush ability is shown before starting the battle.

Saludos comunidad de Splinterlands, he estado ausente debido a algunas reparaciones que han estado haciendo en el edificio donde vivo, lo que me ha mantenido un poco alejada de mi red social favorita, así que, he conseguido tiempo para participar en el desafío de la semana manteniendo como tema principal “Rebellion”, por lo que en el post de hoy, les estaré hablando de una carta que considero una de mis favoritas, donde también aprovecharé de mostrar una increíble batalla contra la famosa “Quora Towershead”, una adversaria difícil de obtener, ya que solo sale comprando Packs en la tienda de gremios, lo que me llevo a investigar; y como no estoy en ninguno, evidentemente me será difícil de conseguir jajaja, la quiero porque me la juegan seguido y es una molestia para mi jaja, pero bueno, sin más nada que decir, empecemos con esta increíble carta.

Gobalano Soldier

Este Duende Gánster, con un aspecto de demonio y de color llamativo, me pareció de lo más increíble en diseño, ya que, por su bate con púas, me recordo al problemático y sanguinario Negan (Aunque se vuelve bueno después, pero no es el tema), el cual, es un actor de la serie de Zombies "The Walking Dead" Jaja, el que ha visto la serie me entenderá, este Duende se ve que le gustan los problemas y está listo para ser tu peor pesadilla a la hora de ser usado en el campo de batalla, el equipo de diseño de Splinterlands, realmente se esforzó con este nuevo lanzamiento, no digo que no lo hayan hacho en el pasado, pero seamos honestos, cada ilustración es mejor que otra jaja o quizás solo soy una señora que no sabe de esto y sé a impresionado con este nuevo lanzamiento.

Este duende problemático junto a mis demás cartas, han formado una alineación casi perfecta a la hora de subir posiciones en la "Liga", digo "Casi", porque claramente he perdido algunas batallas en el proceso, pero, gracias a esta alineación he podido finalmente pasar a "Bronce II", dándome más ánimos en seguir mi camino en esta gran aventura, además, Gobalano a pesar de ser de rareza "Común", cuenta con unas excelentes estadísticas, usando tan solo 3 puntos de Maná que es perfecto para batallas con muy bajo costo de Maná.

En nivel 1, cuenta con +1 de ataque, +2 de vida, +3 de velocidad (fundamental) y 2 habilidades base que son: “Sneak y Ambush" y a partir del nivel 5, se le suma otra habilidad adicional llamada “Shatter", terminando con broche de oro en su máximo nivel.

Habilidades del Duende

Hablemos ahora de estas 3 increíbles habilidades:

Sneak: Ataca a la última carta de la posición adversaria de tal forma que, si el oponente ha colocado una carta clave al final, mi Gobalano irá directamente a ella, al menos que la carta contraria cuenta con la habilidad "Camuflaje”, entonces el ataque se dirigirá a la antepenúltima de la alineación de mi adversario.

Ambush: Una nueva habilidad por parte de la edición “Rebellión”, la cual, permite atacar antes que empiece la batalla, es decir que, atacaría el doble, tanto en el inicio, como luego de que inicie el 1.º Round, algo que nos daría ventaja de cierto modo, esperemos que no coloquen una carta con la habilidad “Espinas” al final jajaja.

Shatter: Destruye la armadura enemiga cuando es golpeada con esta habilidad, es decir que, si mi oponente ha colocado una carta al final de su alineación, con la ventaja de que ataca antes que comience la batalla, este empezaría sin armadura permitiéndole ir directamente a la vida.

Estas habilidades me parecen asombrosas y forman parte de lo que es mi alineación, pero debo decir que, no es del todo buena, ya que es fácil de derrotar con habilidades como “Oportunista” o “Espinas”, así que, debemos idear un plan de como cuidarla en la alineación, aunque sería perfecto que contará con escudo, pero, creo que es mucho pedir jaja, por lo que, como recomendación, armen una buena estrategia como lo he hecho yo, donde les mostraré a continuación, a mi “Gobalano Soldier” en acción.

Batalla

En esta batalla jamás pensé ganar, más allá de creer que tenía cierta ventaja, no pasó esto por mi mente, ya que como comente antes, no había podido ganarle a la gran “Quora Towershead”, así que, automáticamente pensé: PERDÍ 🥺 jaja, pero, para mi gran sorpresa, no fue así, explicaré parte de lo que fue mi defensa:

En esta alineación me enfoqué en un buen tanque como lo es nuestro legendario “Grum Flameblade”, el cual, cuenta con una excelente cantidad de escudo, vida y ataque, aunque, a pesar de tener +1 de velocidad, el resto de mis cartas y sus ataques, se enfocaron en la parte final de la alineación de mi adversario, los cuales ayudaron a debilitar desde atrás, así que, para este trabajo use a “Uraeus” y Gobalano, también, coloque para la reparación del escudo de mis cartas a “Scavo Hireling” y como una última carta que solo funcionara como sebo, utilice a "Radiated Scorcher", por si había algún ataque sorpresa destinada a mi alineación final.

Como parte de protección, coloque a “Uraeus” adelante de mi Gobalano, ya que este cuenta con escudo, así que, si había algún ataque con la habilidad Oportunista, este podría adsorber el ataque, al menos fue lo que pensé al momento de posicionarlas, por último, aquí les dejaré parte de lo que fue esta increíble batalla y como se muestra esta habilidad Ambush antes de empezar la batalla.
