Hola a toda la comunidad de Hive! En esta oportunidad les traigo un blog particular, en donde vuelvo con un video expreso regalandoles ideas para crear y diversificar sus ingresos. En el futuro amaría hacer un blog sobre como organizar el tiempo para todas las millones de actividades que tenemos por hacer o que queremos emezar a hacer... pero bueno, mientras ese video se manifiesta, espero que disfruten mucho de este video y sobre todo de este blog que preparé con ustedes con mucho cariño <3

Bueno Hivers! La verdad no sé cuando empecé a tener un gusto especial por hacer videos para youtube y compartirlos en las redes sociales. Antes me costaba muchísimo imaginar que podría estar frente a una cámara compartiendo mis vivencias con una cantidad de personas que se hacían interrogantes similares a las mías, solo por no decir iguales.

Después de hacer el video anterior acerca de cómo sobrevivir por primera vez a una entrevista de trabajo, sentí que mi vida creativa había dado un vuelco positivo. Por que a partir de ese vídeo lo único que quería era mantener esa calidad y ese cariño que había precisado… por ello hoy les traigo este video en donde con mucho amor hablo acerca de las millones de oportunidades que tenemos todas las personas, sin excepción de construir o encontrar nuestras propias fuentes de ingresos pasivos, activos o ambos.

Jamás me consideré una persona “Todera” como lo dicen en mi país para referirse a quien hace de todo. Ya que gracias a las personas que estan a mi alrededor, pero rincipalmente mi madre y mis hermanos, desde que tengo uso de razón pude mantenerme en una línea fija cómo lo ha sido para mi el arte.

Empecé haciendo pintura y de ahí se derivaron el hacer escultura, orfebrería y dibujo… y una de las cosas más recientes: Fotografía, teniendo la oportunidad de ser facilitadora en una preciosa escuela dedicada a los emprendimientos. Nunca pude decir que me fue mal por que de cada cosa que hice, siempre pude tener algún ingreso, a pesar de que crecí con comentarios cómo “De tus dibujitos jamás podrás comer” “Por que no te dedicas a otra cosa” “para qué estas estudiando arte… que lastima” “Aún estás a tiempo de estudiar ciencias o derecho” mi vida solo se enriquecía de una forma inesperada en saberes, que a la larga se transformaban en tigritos que me permitían aportar y continuarme desarrollando como persona… Recuerdo que mi primer contacto real con el dinero fue a partir de los 15 años, cuando un buen amigo, que ahora es un gran colega, me invitaba para dar pequeños talleres y siempre tuvo el enfasis - aunque yo jamás se lo pedía - de darme un pago simbolico por mi tiempo… pero sobre todo por mi creatividad.

En el transcurso del video hablo acerca de unos puntos que desde que llegaron a mi vida, no han hecho más que revolucionarme por completo la existencia y que dese que los sigo realmente nada, ni que llueva, truene o relampaguee, ni que se vaya la luz, ni que venga el polvo del sahara, puedo detenerme. Por que en el transcurso de buscar la manera de conectar con mi prosperidad y mi abundancia encontré que mientras: Informe, entretenga, inspire y eduque a las personas que están a mi alrededor, así tambien el mundo lo hará conmigo.

Y créanme cuando les digo que eso me voló la cabeza, por que fue como la relación entre dos personas que inician con flojera y cayendo mal entre ellos para luego no poder estar solos ni un momento, así fue el camino que recorrí para generar ingresos hoy en día… y aunque aún estoy diversificando, moviendo piezas y auto aconsejandome mientras aprendo, creo que es importante siempre documentar estas cosas, por que un día en el futuro cuando me diga “ me gustaría hacerles un nuevo video sobre esto mismo” sé que miraré hacía atras y me daré cuenta de todas las nuevas cosas que he aprendido sobre ello.

Cómo estuve comentando, hoy en día el mundo digital se ha revolucionado, desde 2009 ha dado un crecimiento tan rápido y si se quiere silencioso que muchas personas dirán que no se puede explicar, pero si que se puede. Ya que con la llegada de la pandemia, todos tuvimos que re inventarnos y encontrar nuevas formas de llegar a las personas, de presentar nuestro contenido y de crear nuevas estrategias que funcionarán.

Es gracioso lo que voy a contarles, por que no lo sabe nadie y es el hecho de que hice el video de como sobrevivir por primera vez a una entrevista de trabajo, justo el mismo día que me presenté a una en 3 años. ¿Y saben para que trabajo era? Para un call center. Por que mis amigos me decían que daba plata, por que yo veía que las personas que se metían en ello trabajaban 9 horas diarias de lunes a viernes y en tfres meses se compraban una moto… yo quería experimentar eso con esa rapidez y realmente estaba desesperada… pero en todo ese proceso, lo gracioso es que a los tres días tomando agua miré hacía mi futuro puesto de trabajo y dije “No, esta no es la vida que deseo” y a la salida de ese lugar le dije a un amigo que hice ahí dentro “Sabes que no voy a volver más nunca” Ya le había contado mi historia y parte de mi trayectoria como community manager, Fotografa, asistente, facilitadora, etc. Y lo bonito fue que él muy firme y con cinco días de conocerme me dijo estas palabras:

“Mira, realmente yo estoy aplicando para este trabajo, por que me voy en dos meses a España y no sé que más puedo hacer, pero tú, que haces tantas cosas, que te apoya la gente, debes perseguir lo que te gusta y si yo fuera tú… haría lo que amas hacer, sólo para no estar en ese trabajo perdiendo mi tiempo”

Y eso me abrió los ojos por completo. Realmente despúes de hacer ese ídeo empezaron a aparecer señales en mi vida que tenían que ver con el tomar acciones por un lugar diferente, un camino que jamás había recorrido… y me lancé. Llegué a mi casa y con seguridad a pesar de la incertidumbre le dije a mi mamá “Mamá, desde hoy voy a ser mi propio jefe” Y desde ese día cada cosa que hago, aunque no tenga una remuneración de inmediato, lo hago como si fuera para mi solamente. Cómo si nadie más fuese a verlo… y me llena de felicidad.

Por eso les traigo este video hoy, por que creo fielmente en eso que me dijeron por allá a comienzos de febrero: “Si ayudas a crecer a los que están a tu al rededor, ellos a su vez te harán crecer a ti” El mundo del dinero y su energía es un mundo en donde hay que hacer una gran desconstrucción y el mundo de nuestras creencias acerca de como ganarnos la vida y de en que cosas está “permitido” o no trabajar, tambien.

Espero que en este post puedan encontrar esa chispa o esa musa para crear o continuar construyendo su mundo, no solo financiero, si no tambien emocional y mental para que puedan manifestar todo lo que deseen conseguir y hacer en sus vidas.

Well Hivers! The truth is I don't know when I started to have a special taste for making videos for youtube and sharing them on social networks. Before it was very hard for me to imagine that I could be in front of a camera sharing my experiences with a lot of people who had similar questions to mine, if not the same.

After making the above video about how to survive a job interview for the first time, I felt that my creative life had taken a positive turn. Because from that video the only thing I wanted was to maintain that quality and that love that I had needed... so today I bring you this video where I lovingly talk about the millions of opportunities that we all have, without exception to build or find our own sources of passive income, assets or both.

I never considered myself a "Todera" person as they say in my country to refer to those who do everything. Thanks to the people around me, but mainly my mother and my siblings, since I can remember I was able to keep myself in a fixed line as art has been for me.

I started doing painting and from there I derived sculpture, goldsmithing and drawing ... and one of the most recent things: Photography, having the opportunity to be a facilitator in a beautiful school dedicated to entrepreneurship. I could never say that it was bad for me because of each thing I did, I could always have some income, even though I grew up with comments like "From your drawings you can never eat" "Why do not you do something else" "Why are you studying art ... too bad" "You still have time to study science or law" my life was only enriched in an unexpected way in knowledge, which eventually became tigritos that allowed me to contribute and continue to develop as a person .... I remember that my first real contact with money was when I was 15 years old, when a good friend, who is now a great colleague, invited me to give small workshops and always had the emphasis - although I never asked for it - to give me a symbolic payment for my time... but above all for my creativity.

In the course of the video I talk about some points that since they came into my life, have done nothing but revolutionize my existence and that since I follow them nothing, neither rain, thunder or lightning, nor the light goes out, nor the dust comes from the Sahara, can stop me. Because in the course of searching for a way to connect with my prosperity and abundance I found that as long as I: Inform, entertain, inspire and educate the people around me, so will the world do the same with me.

And believe me when I tell you that it blew my mind, because it was like the relationship between two people who start with laziness and not liking each other and then they can not be alone for a moment, so was the path I took to generate income today .... and although I am still diversifying, moving pieces and self advising myself while I learn, I think it is important to always document these things, because one day in the future when I say to myself "I would like to make a new video about this very thing" I know I will look back and realize all the new things I have learned about it.

As I was commenting, today the digital world has been revolutionized, since 2009 has given a growth so fast and if you want silent that many people will say that it can not be explained, but it can. Because with the arrival of the pandemic, we all had to re-invent ourselves and find new ways to reach people, to present our content and to create new strategies that will work.

It's funny what I'm going to tell you, because nobody knows about it, and it's the fact that I made the video of how to survive a job interview for the first time, just the same day I applied for one in 3 years. And do you know what job it was for? For a call center. Because my friends told me that it gave money, because I saw that the people who got into it worked 9 hours a day from Monday to Friday and in three months they bought a motorcycle... I wanted to experience that with that speed and I was really desperate... But in all that process, the funny thing is that after three days drinking water I looked at my future job and said "No, this is not the life I want" and when I left that place I told a friend I made in there "You know I'm never going back" I had already told him my story and part of my career as a community manager, photographer, assistant, facilitator, etc.. And the nice thing was that he very firmly and with five days of knowing me told me these words:

"Look, I'm really applying for this job, because I'm leaving in two months to Spain and I don't know what else I can do, but you, that you do so many things, that people support you, you should pursue what you love and if I were you... I would do what you love to do, just not to be in that job wasting my time."

And that was a complete eye-opener for me. Really after I made that video, signs started to appear in my life that had to do with taking action in a different place, a path I had never been on before... and I took the plunge. I got home and with confidence despite the uncertainty I told my mom "Mom, from today I'm going to be my own boss" And from that day on every single thing I do, even if I don't get paid right away, I do it as if it were for me alone. As if no one else was going to see it... and it fills me with happiness.

That's why I bring you this video today, because I believe faithfully in what I was told back in early February: "If you help those around you grow, they in turn will make you grow" The world of money and its energy is a world where you have to do a great deconstruction and the world of our beliefs about how to make a living and what things are "allowed" or not allowed to work on, too.

I hope that in this post you can find that spark or that muse to create or continue to build your world, not only financially, but also emotionally and mentally so you can manifest all that you wish to achieve and do in your life.
