Hola a toda la hermosa comunidad de Hive! En esta ocasión les traigo un video de recomendaciones y sugerencias <3 Ya que estuve desaparecida por estar experimentando con una nueva entrevista de trabajo y la verdad es que de esto pude sacar toda una deconstrucción al respeto.

De hecho, en el video de arriba toco algunos tips que además de ser parte de lo que experimenté, son recomendaciones que podrás encontrar en otros lados de la web... Sin embargo, aquí me gustaría profundizar acerca de mi experiencia personal con las entrevistas de trabajo... Ya que si es verdad que todos de cierto modo y en cierto punto de nuestra vida requerimos más de un ingreso adicional... Así sea en lo que en mi país llamamos "Matando unos tigritos más"

Bueno, En relación a las entrevistas de trabajo, casi siempre he tenido buenas experiencias con las entrevistas que son de forma oral... pero realmente la pasaba mal cuando hacía las entrevistas en donde la evaluación era a través de pruebas escritas, especialmente con las que se dedican a evaluar tooooodo lo referente a nuestros aspectos psicologicos... por que aquí siempre he sido muy derecha 😅

A pesar de todo esto, existen muchas enseñanzas que pude sacar de esta ultima y quizá estos tips tambien los puedan ayudar a ustedes si en un futuro quieren presentarse o se ven en la necesidad de asistir a una entrevista de trabajo.

PUNTOS ADICIONALES A TENER EN CUENTA

Busca un empleo que te guste y en donde hagas una actividad que disfrutes

Realmente esta fue una de las razones por las cuales no acepté el trabajo del que me habían llamado, ya que tenía que vender encuestas a través de llamadas (pero de esto les hablaré en otro post) Y a mi no me agrada en lo absoluto hablar por llamada, sobre todo si es con personas que sé que no desean recibir esa información.

Asegurate que los medios, las formas y las fechas de pago estén claras

Sí, puede suceder que hayan lagunas en este punto. Así que si te presentan un contrato, asegurate de leer todo minuciosamente y si se trata de una entrevista en donde te mencionan los puntos anteriores pero no te dan seguridad, siempre estará en tu derecho saber como será esa gestión y si puedes tener un asesor legal... es mejor.

Preparate para tener una segunda opción

La entrevista de trabajo es solo una puerta que se abre, pero jamás asegurará que entres al puesto al que te has postulado... así que si puedes tener una segunda opción de entrevista o empleo solo por si al caso... sería maravilloso.

Evalúa ser tu propio jefe

Miralo así: si es un trabajo en el que harás lo mismo que haces todo el tiempo o algo en lo que estás sobre calificadx, podrías considerar montar tu propio negocio y aunque todos sabemos que no es algo sencillo, te sorprendería ver lo que a mediano y largo plazo podrías estar generando.

Incluso puede llegar a funcionar muchisimo más que trabajar para otra persona.

Hello to all the beautiful Hive community! This time I bring you a video of recommendations and suggestions <3 Since I was missing because I was experimenting with a new job interview and the truth is that from this I could get a whole deconstruction about it.

In fact, in the video above I touch on some tips that besides being part of what I experienced, are recommendations that you can find elsewhere on the web... However, here I would like to go deeper into my personal experience with job interviews... Because it is true that we all in a certain way and at a certain point in our lives require more than one additional income... Even in what in my country we call "Killing a few more tigritos"...

Well, in relation to the job interviews, I have almost always had good experiences with the interviews that are oral... but I really had a hard time when I did the interviews where the evaluation was through written tests, especially with the ones that are dedicated to evaluate everything related to our psychological aspects... because here I have always been very right 😅

Despite all this, there are many lessons that I could take from this last one and maybe these tips can also help you if in the future you want to apply or need to attend a job interview.

Further points to keep in mind

Find a job that you like and where you do an activity that you enjoy

Actually this was one of the reasons why I did not accept the job I was called for, since I had to sell surveys through calls (but I will talk about this in another post) and I do not like to talk through calls at all, especially if it is with people that I know do not want to receive that information

Make sure that the means, methods and dates of payment are clear

Yes, it can happen that there are loopholes on this point. So if you are presented with a contract, make sure you read everything thoroughly and if it is an interview where they mention the above points but do not give you security, it will always be in your right to know how that management will be and if you can have a legal advisor ... it is better

Be prepared to have a second choice

The job interview is just a door that opens, but it will never assure that you will get into the position you have applied for... so if you can have a second interview or job option just in case... it would be wonderful

Evaluate being your own boss

Look at it this way: if it's a job where you'll be doing the same thing you do all the time or something you're overqualified for, you could consider starting your own business and although we all know it's not easy, you'd be surprised to see what you could be generating in the medium and long term

It can even work out much better than working for someone else.
