Ribs from the oven rich in vegetables - recipe

Dear lovers of good and tasty food, there was a juicy lunch on my table today. For some, ribs may not be the best piece of meat, but if prepared well, it can be very tasty.

Summer has arrived and healthy vegetables have begun, but meat is still necessary for the body, so it should be prepared from time to time, it should not be excluded from the diet.

I prepare it in my kitchen two to three times a week, so today I prepared very juicy ribs with the addition of vegetables from the oven.

INGREDIENTS:

  • One pound of ribs
  • four to five potatoes
  • One larger carrot
  • one larger onion

FOR MEAT MARINADE:

  • mustard
  • One teaspoon of honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a little spice for the grill
  • spoon of vegeta
  • a little herbal spice
  • oil

PREPARATION:

Coat the meat with mustard on both sides.

Then add a spoonful of honey and coat the meat well on all sides.

Add all the other spices if you feel dry, add a little oil. Rub the marinade well into the meat and let it stand.

While the dish is standing in the marinade, cut all the vegetables to the desired size, then add a little veche and herbs to the vegetables, then mix it well.

then put a little oil on the bottom of the pan, coat the pan.

Arrange the vegetables first, then the meat in a greased pan.

Add a little water to the vegetables and meat, then cover the pan and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about an hour.

Bake covered for about forty minutes, because it will simmer, at the end, remove the lid from the pan and let the meat get a nice color.

Serve delicious and juicy pork ribs with vegetables from the oven with lettuce.
