How I lost of my savings
On 1st January 2023, I took a new year resolution to start saving for the raining days. Prior to that time, I wasn't discipline with savings. I will put some money down into my bank account, Then once I crave for something, I will go pick my debit card and deduct some money there... I always promise myself afterwards to reimburse the account. I kept doing that to the point I realized my account was empty. I ended 31st December 2022 without a penny in my account. It prompted me to be dedicated to my savings this year.

I started the year as a sole trader... I buy and sell perishable goods like fresh tomatoes, pepper, veggies e.t.c. it's a lucrative business....I started so small but as time passes by, I started expanding.
Exporting my products to other countries. I saved from my profits. Each time I see my account balance, I feel so elated🥰

On 5th December, i woke up as usual, took my bath and drove for business. On my way, I was kidnapped, a gun was placed on my forehead, and all I had was taken from me, I was asked to empty my account to theirs...on which I did, my phones, car e.t.c.

I wasn't really concern with what they took from me. My earnest prayers was that, I shouldn't be killed or rape. Thank God, the kidnappers didn't harm me. I came back home, penniless. Feeling down. Like all hopes are gone.

Sintra, who is my childhood friend, heard about what happened to me, and she visited me with so many stuffs.. on the 24th December she made and gifted me a new flowery dress. I wore the gown on Christmas day. This was my look.... Thanks to you sintra🙏
