Stir-Fried Tongkol Fish Curry With Acehnese Spices

20240731_115129.jpg

Tongkol fish is always my target when I go to the traditional market, I really like this fish, because the price is very cheap among other types of fish. In addition, it also tastes very good and this type of fish does not have many bones. I love any preparation of this fish, as I have shared recipes before in this community in the form of several processed dishes made from this fish, grilled tuna, sambal ikan tongkol, stir-fried kemamah Aceh tuna, even grilled rice tuna. There are so many menus that can be prepared from this fish because it tastes so good.

Today, I will share a typical Acehnese recipe that I often make at home. Tuna stir-fry soup, this dish is often served as a side dish for lunch at home. Because it is favored by people at home, the ingredients are very simple, a mixture of spices typical of my region into a flavorful dish with an authentic taste.

Instead of being curious, with this simple recipe, let's take a step-by-step look at the preparation in serving this processed dish from tuna.

Taraaa !!! Fish tuna cooked in sauce is ready to be enjoyed, this is quite a large portion. It can be enjoyed by 3 to 7 people at home for a family dinner. Serve as a side dish by enjoying it with warm white or brown rice. Stir and enjoy bite by bite you will definitely love it.

It was spicy and savory with a thick spiced sauce. In addition, the soft pieces of fish that are cooked perfectly combine perfectly in the marinade. Ahh in a more complete description, the seasoning soaks well in the soup and seeps into the fish meat.

I wasn’t sure what this fish was, until I saw the picture. I absolutely love seafood, considering I come from the coastal region in India, I get to try many kinds of fish. The last time I tried Pomfret Ghee Roast. it is quite interesting to see you make such a beautiful dish. That is a soup. A perfect way to have a side dish. Thank you for sharing the recipe recipe with us.🫶🏻✨
