Delicious rice wrapped in banana leaves gives an extraordinary delicious sensation. The aroma and taste have very different characteristics!.

Grilled rice wrapped in banana leaves has a characteristic authentic taste and of course an appetizing aroma. It cannot be denied that grilled rice dishes like this make me always fall in love and make me more appetizing at home. By measuring the appropriate portions, I pack each portion of rice in one meal. I made two portions of this dish which I will later enjoy with my nephew. They asked me to make this rice. Because yesterday I made it once at home, but there were several nephews who didn't get any. Haha, you know, I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I have to make as many as possible. However, if I usually make a small amount, they only taste a small amount per person.

Previously, I had made vegan grilled rice using a simple method and first frying it with spices. However, this has the difference of grilled rice which I made without special spices, only using tuna with sautéed onions and chilies. Then I wrapped it and grilled it on a grill. The burning process doesn't take long, but it is enough to make the aroma of the rice taste delicious. For the topping, you can replace it with whatever type you like, but the cooking method is still different. Because each ingredient we use has a different texture and cooking process.

So, if you're curious, let's take a look at the recipe below!
