Rujak Spiced Tofu With Peanut Topping

20240320_104632.jpg

Enjoy tofu with the special method that is usually done at home. Rujak spices combined like this create a spectacular taste in my opinion. Simple but delicious, it can't be forgotten until the next day.

Rujak Tofu Bean Sprouts

Rujak is synonymous with a combination of fruit, so what if today we combine rujak spices with tofu. At first you were doubtful, but believe me, this recipe will bring you the experience of enjoying tofu far from what you usually do. Doubts changed to seriousness as I combined the brown sugar spices and other ingredients that I roasted.

Ahh, the aroma is starting to be tempting, especially since I added the peanuts that I fried to increase the sensation of rujak in general.

Tara!!! Tofu with rujak spices combined with bean sprouts is ready to be enjoyed. Serve it during the day at a home DJ, it will definitely be very delicious. Spicy sweet savory blends perfectly, the freshness of the spices with lime adds a special deliciousness to this unusual tofu dish. Remember, if you want it to be too spicy, you can add more chili. Very delicious, perfect when I have a cold like this. Well, this is a way to enjoy rujak without fruit. I think it is no less delicious than tofu and bean sprouts and also has good vitamin levels. Therefore, combining it with rujak spices is very delicious.

It's look spicy. But I will try your recipe as an inspiration for a menu that I can make at home. Thank you.

Spicy, but not too much. If you don't like spicy, don't add chili.
