Traditional cakes have a story of the best experience when enjoying the cake gives that moment that cannot be replaced with anything.

Starting from a cake that I bought at the market yesterday is often known as kue gelang. When I was a kid, my mother used to make it at home, but still I only eat it in large quantities because it tastes very good even though its shape is not as beautiful as modern cakes today.

Kue gelang is a processed cake made from sticky rice flour with a little mixture of grated coconut and rice flour. But there are many who do not know that this cake is the most sought-after snack nowadays when many local markets already sell modern food.

When I returned to my hometown yesterday, I found this cake back at the stall. Ah how happy I was, but not much I only found 1 pcs of the remaining cake because the others had all been sold. As a result, I wanted to go back and ask my mother to share the recipe for this cake bracelet.

So here I will show you the preparation steps to make this cake!.

Tara!!! My aka bracelet cake is ready to be enjoyed, although the shape is still very messy. But the taste is very similar, I'm so happy that my first attempt at making this cake worked out so well. The cake was really good, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It also had the right amount of sugar topping, with just the right ⁰ of sweetness. In addition, the savory cake with the addition of coconut makes it even better.

This is the same as a kue cincin, maybe the name is different, right?

It's probably true that in your area, it's called ring cake. Maybe other regions also have different names for the same dough!
