Green Bean Special Crispy Cookies
Starting from the idea of making processed green beans as a Ramadhan souvenir package yesterday, I received a parcel of green beans. Making porridge is normal and I often do it at home. But this time I want to make peanut snacks different. Well, I think making cookies would be a spectacular dish as a delicious snack for home.
Cookies are crunchy cakes that are loved by many people, but it is very rare for me to find cookies made from green beans. So, because I was curious about this snack which appeared on my social media page yesterday, I was very curious about its taste. However, the original recipe is always non-vegan, that's why the idea came to me when I wanted to make it a vegan snack.
Prepared from mashed green beans, with several other supporting ingredients it will make this cake very delicious and you should try it at home later, here is an easy recipe for making these cookies!
Materials Used
150 grams of wheat flour
7 tablespoons granulated sugar
100 grams margarine
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
Creation Procedure
In making green bean cookies, I use green beans that have been boiled until soft with enough water.
Blend until smooth the green beans, when blending I add a little water.
Prepare the butter in a larger container, then add the granulated sugar
Stir the sugar with the butter until the sugar dissolves. If you have a mixer, you can use a mixer to make the process faster.
When the sugar has dissolved, add the mashed green beans. Then stir both until evenly mixed.
Add flour, then also add cornstarch.
Add baking soda, stir everything until evenly mixed and the dough is smooth.
Grease a baking sheet with margarine, shape the dough according to taste on the baking sheet. Here I flattened the dough with a fork.
then baked it in a preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes with top and bottom heat at 180 degrees Celsius.
Results
Tara!!! The green bean cookies are ready to be served, the taste is crispy and sweet, and the texture of the green beans is really good. It is very suitable to be served for certain events on certain days, especially Eid. However, I finished it in an instant when breaking the fast so I had to make it again later when I got home. Because it tastes very delicious and crunchy and what I like most is that the green beans really taste when I bite into them.
So you need to know that I advise you, if you want a soft, not crunchy texture, just bake it for a while. However, if you want something crispy, oven this cake until dry. Don't be a benchmark in the time and temperature of the oven, I will do it according to your respective oven. Good luck trying the recipe, you and your family will definitely love these cookies!

!PIZZA
I think these cookies are very suitable with various other flours because wheat flour has many similarities with various flours such as oat flour for example. However, here I suggest you try using mocaf flour.
