Fried snacks with a combination of mushrooms and vegetables are often tempting, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making for a unique variety of balls that are delicious and easy to prepare at home!.

This snack, the idea came up when I was in the mood for fried snacks at home some time ago. I also had enoki mushrooms left over from yesterday when I made mushroom soup noodles and I wanted to fry the mushrooms. At first I accidentally thought of the idea to make gorrng meatballs from these mushrooms. But because I also wanted to combine with various other vegetables, I made enoki balls that were soft and very tasty.

These enoki balls are very easy to make, the ingredients are simple and very tasty to enjoy while warm. Now here I did not make the sauce, because I directly applied all the flavors in the dough. But if you want a sauce that is soupy, you can add a delicious crimi sauce. Like peanut sauce or even other sweet and spicy sauces, it will also be better. Everything goes back to you, but I still think this simple method is better because the cayenne pepper is enough to tempt me.

So instead of you being curious here I will prepare a step-by-step preparation of simple snacks from enoki mushrooms and other vegetables.

Ingredients

1 pack of enoki mushrooms
2 mini cabbage
1 carrot
5 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cloves shallot
1 clove of garlic
4 cayenne pepper
1 spring onion

Making Procedure

Step 1

Clean the carrots then cut the carrots into several pieces until smooth or whatever shape you want. However, I prefer the carrots to be cut a bit small so that they are softer when bitten.

Step 2

Prepare cabbage vegetables then chop coarsely so that they are textured in the dough later.

Step 7

Now because all the ingredients are a lot I move it in another container then stir all the ingredients including the mushrooms earlier.

Step 10

Round it up in a spoon then fry it on medium heat in hot oil until golden brown.

The fried enoki mushroom balls are ready to serve, they taste really good spicy, savory and naturally sweet from the vegetable ingredients I used. The texture is soft inside and crunchy outside, especially with the chewy touch from the enoki. Wow, the flavors were complete.

There is one thing that makes me less satisfied with the results of the enokinya in my opinion, I actually want to dominate the enokinya mushrooms. Looks like I have to redo this recipe with the mistake of adding too many supporting vegetables. Well for those of you who want to make try to support vegetables such as cabbage and carrots a little less so that the mushroom flavor is more stable in the dough.

But you don't need to worry it tastes very good for this recipe. Hhehe as a person who likes cooking, of course, if what you want has not been delivered, you must feel the results are not optimal. Again, everything returns to their respective tastes, yes, all vegan friends. Now for the presentation as you can see in the picture above I added a sprinkling of chili powder as well as pieces of seaweed and fried onions.
