Bread is always the food of choice for all of us. Moreover, bread with a layer of sweet potato, as a substitute for sweet potato jam becomes a supporting ingredient as a jam with a sweet and savory composition that will definitely make you like it.

Starting from the deliciousness of sweet potatoes, so that it can be polished into anything including making it with a combination of bread. I never thought I could make this bread at home. Initially learning to read recipes on social media and then I learned every difference to all these recipes so that my bread could rise perfectly. Now making food in the form of bread requires extra patience when we profile it indeed we spend a lot of time during the process. However, during the process I always use it to do other things so that my work is done faster. I think cooking and even baking requires you to love the work so that everything will feel lighter.

That is a piece of tips from me so that you can do activities in the kitchen more happily. Now back to today's theme that I want to show you is making one of the breads that I learned the recipe for a long time ago, namely purple sweet potato bread.

Purple Sweet Potato Bread

This bread is a combination of soft bread with purple sweet potatoes as a substitute for jam. Now because the purple sweet potato used here is sugared first so you will feel the sweetness of the bread from the purple sweet potato layer. Even though this is my first time doing it, it was enough to satisfy me to make this bread. Yeah even though it doesn't look as beautiful as I imagined the shape but I am very satisfied with the final result.

Ingredients Needed

1 tablespoon fermipan
¼ teaspoon bread softener

120 ml warm water

Sweet potato bread is ready to serve, serve the bread with a cup of coffee or tea to accompany your day. The bread is soft and very tasty, especially with the texture of sweet potato which is sweet and very tasty. What I like the most here is the color, the purple sweet potato blends beautifully with the bread. Moreover, there is a soft texture that is very legit, adding a different impression to this bread.

Although the shape of the bread is not too perfect, but the taste is enough to satisfy me. And I will try it again in the future by making better bread. Hehe, it's so nice to be able to bake at home with vegan recipes!

Thanks for liking my recipe. I've often tried bread with blueberry jam or even other fruits. But combining sweet potato in bread was my first time doing it and it was so good!

This is a kind of purple potato that grows in the ground, isn't it? This is known as Dandil in our country. This recipe is excellent.
