Enoki Mushroom Fried Dumpling Rolls
Delicious snacks with a unique style are always loved by many people, especially when they are vegan and made from mushrooms. As a foodie, of course I always want to create unique and delicious recipes for my dining table. Since graduating from high school, I have become very fond of cooking. My habit of cooking and trying to bring new menus in the kitchen has become my habit until now.
When I read team qurator's post yesterday on the @HiveTopCheff contest I was very happy with the theme they brought this week, which is mushrooms. It was very coincidental that when I was shopping yesterday at the supermarket I bought some mushrooms. This time I have an idea to make something spectacular and festive of course. Namely one of the processed enoki mushrooms, here I will invite you to prepare several steps by step in its preparation.
Enoki Mushroom Roll Dumplings
Enoki mushroom roll dumplings are a combination of enoki mushrooms wrapped in dumpling skin. Then fried crispy with flavors that upload tastes. The crispy texture with a fragrant aroma really made me quickly snack on this snack. Moreover, the savory spicy taste with a very distinctive mushroom flavor that cannot be replaced with other mushroom flavors.
Ingredients Used
Dumpling skin to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 celery leaf
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground pepper
Making Procedure
After preparing all the ingredients, first finely chop the celery leaves.
Then divide it into several parts, and wash it thoroughly to wash the mushrooms several times.
Combine the two flours then add the chopped celery leaves, then stir until evenly distributed.
Add pepper powder and garlic powder, then add salt.
If the flour is ready, sprinkle the flour over the enoki mushrooms and stir until the flour is evenly distributed on the mushrooms.
When it's time to wrap, prepare dumpling skins and water as an adhesive. Add enough enoki mushrooms then wrap and glue with water.
After everything is ready, it's time to fry, fry in hot oil until brownish yellow.
Result
The fried wonton skin-wrapped enoki mushrooms are ready to enjoy. I applied the chili sauce on top, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and seaweed. It looks very pretty and what I like the most is the bright color and crunchy texture.
The natural sweet and savory taste of the mushrooms is enough to make me crazy about this snack. The first bite was enough to make me want to try it again and again. Haha but I ended it and wrapped it in a meal box for my niece. You know she chose the one I seasoned with hot sauce she said it's so much better than without. It's so funny even though he's still too young to enjoy spicy food like this. Then again maybe it's the crunchy texture that makes it tempting.
This crunchy and savory snack is perfect for you to enjoy while relaxing, even suitable for your children. Besides the cute shape, the taste is not inferior to non-vegan meat rolls.
