Easy Way To Make Nori Krispi Tempeh Snacks
Tempe always provides the best snack in processing any type of dish, whether as a side dish or even a snack like this. I have always liked tempeh since I was little, even tempeh that is still raw or has not been processed into any food I like. That's why I often make processed tempeh into any kind of food. Well, I made it myself, I even found a recipe on the internet and immediately tried it.
So, because I want snacks today, I really want to make tempeh snacks. I found this recipe some time ago on the internet, as usual again and again it is non vegan. So, because of my curiosity, I processed it into my version which is definitely vegan.
Materials Used
2 spoons of wheat flour
Enough nori sheets
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
1 celery leaf
½ teaspoon salt
To taste garlic powder
Cooking Procedure
Cut the tempeh into several pieces, here I cut them into small pieces.
Then puree the tempeh, as finely as possible using a pestle or your chopper.
Once smooth, season with salt, then stir until evenly mixed.
Then add the chilies and ground pepper, stir again until everything is evenly mixed.
Add flour, and also garlic powder.
After adding garlic powder, stir evenly, add a little water so that it has a soft texture.
Then add the chopped celery leaves, and stir until evenly mixed.
Prepare the nori, then stick the tempeh mixture on the surface of the nori, do this until finished.
Fry in hot oil, using low heat. When frying, position the tempeh mixture at the bottom so that the nori doesn't come off. Now fry until golden brown.
Results
Nori fried tempeh is ready to be served, enjoy this dish while relaxing as a snack. It has a spicy, savory taste and is definitely crunchy so it is very delicious to enjoy with any cold drink during the day. Just imagine the spicy taste combined perfectly with the delicious taste of nori. Moreover, the tempeh dough makes me full faster.
So, for those of you who don't like it fried, you can also bake it, of course use a low temperature so that it cooks optimally and gets a natural crunchy texture.
