Easy Way To Make Keribo Fried Banana Ball Snacks
This time I will invite you to prepare one simple recipe from bananas. The abundance of bananas in the garden makes me have to rack my brain to make a treat at home. Yeah, I feel sorry for the many ingredients and it will not be possible to just enjoy it without processing. I accidentally found one of these simple recipes on the internet some time ago.
Keribo Fried Banana
Pisang Goreng Keribo, or curly fried banana in other languages processed banana combined with dumpling skin that is cut lengthwise. The banana is then wrapped in the dumpling skin and fried to a crisp. Banana preparations like this are often the right choice to accompany your relaxing tea at home. As a fried snack, this fried banana kribo has a crunchy texture so that the flavor is one of my favorites. So instead of you being curious, let's see the recipe!.
Ingredients Needed
20 pieces of wonton skin
1 spoon tapioca flour
5 spoons of wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
Water to taste
Cooking Procedure
First I prepare the banana first by peeling the banana skin until it is perfectly clean.
Cut the banana into 3 parts, now for the thickness you can adjust to your own taste.
Chop the dumpling skin until it is elongated and shaped like a noodle.
If all the ingredients have been prepared I will prepare the flour dressing. Mix wheat flour with tapioca flour in a large container.
Add salt, and also water slowly while stirring, well for the water I just adjust according to the thickness.
Add the banana to the batter and stir in the flour until evenly mixed.
Roll the banana in the dumpling skin that has been chopped until it evenly covers the surface of the banana.
Fry until brownish yellow, don't forget to flip the cake when fried.
Serving Suggestion
Serve the fried banana kribo in a serving dish, then top it according to taste. Here I added chocolate topping as the topping, so that you will have a slightly sweet texture from chocolate.
The texture is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the natural sweetness of the banana and the melting chocolate topping. Ahh it tastes so good I'm glad the banana aroma comes out perfectly when fried. Moreover, the dumpling skin when combined with banana becomes very fitting. Very crunchy, for those of you who like snacks I think this banana preparation is the best alternative.
