Crispy Spinach Vegetable Chips
Spinach Crispy Chip
Crispy snacks of green vegetables often make me forget to stop eating. Well, I always balance it when enjoying fried snacks like this with lemon drink. I don't know why fried food is always delicious, but it still shouldn't be consumed too often. Well, spinach chips are usually made from processed whole spinach dipped in flour. However, processing it this way makes the spinach thinner, and I don't like it. As a result, I will make spinach in a flour mixture with simple spices and then fry until dry.
I found this recipe on the internet some time ago. And I've saved it for a long time in my smartphone notes. So today, when I had free time, I tried making it for the first time. For how to make it, let's look at the steps below!
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
15 tablespoons wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mushroom stock
Enough water
Cooking Procedure
Prepare the spinach first, take the leaves and remove the spinach stalks.
Then finely chop the spinach leaves so they are beautiful when fried.
Prepare the ground spices, then chop the fine spices and blend with enough water, blend until smooth.
Add flour, in a larger container, then add the spinach pieces.
Then add the ground spices, and stir until evenly mixed.
Add water little by little until the mixture thickens.
Season with salt, mushroom stock, and garlic powder, stir until evenly mixed.
Once the mixture is right, heat the oil first then take a tablespoon of the mixture and fry it attached to the edge of the pan.
Fry until golden brown, or the crispy spinach starts to crunch.
Results
Crispy, delicious, with a different taste to chips in general, I can finish this recipe in one go. Haha, don't copy this, I'm hungry and snacks like this are really tempting. The taste is completely different from chips that are fried directly with whole spinach leaves.
These crispy chips are better, what's interesting is that I like this thick flour, cooked perfectly. Makes chips that are usually thin become more flavorful when processed like this.
