This simple snack of bread will definitely make you love it. Moreover, the sprinkling of palm sugar is quite surprising with a perfectly crunchy texture. Makes my passion for enjoying this bread snack different today.

Today's special I will invite you to process one of the leftovers that I have left in my refrigerator for several days. Fresh bread is a quick breakfast that I usually keep in the refrigerator, but lately I have been lazy to prepare breakfast bread and even rarely have breakfast. So the bread is stored for quite a long time, well to anticipate the bread for too long I took the initiative to make toast using the oven.

Usually I bake bread in Teflon by adding bread stuffing. But this time I will make bread without filling by sprinkling palm sugar on it. Who would have thought that palm sugar bread would be so delicious processed in this way. This is the first time I've tried baking it in the oven. I think this will be the best way to process leftover bread at home. So instead of you being curious here I will invite you to make it!.

Ingredients Used

4 pieces of white bread
3 tablespoons sifted palm sugar
1 tablespoon butter

For the white bread you can use any type of white bread, be it wheat bread, oat bread or whatever other type of vegan bread you use. Well it just so happens that I have a stock of bmvegan white bread without animal ingredients at home. The bread happens to be very soft and the texture is evenly fibrous and fluffy. I think this is the perfect bread for a crunchy palm sugar toast.

Making Procedure

Step 1

The first step to make crispy palm sugar toast, divide one sheet of bread into three pieces.

Yeayyy the first time I tried this oven toast it worked, I was so happy with the texture, it was so crunchy just like enjoying crackers that's how the texture was described. And you know that's the texture I wanted. The sweet and slightly salty taste of butter from the plain bread that looks ordinary becomes very tasty and certainly provides a new taste in my house.
