Pudding always has a delicate texture with special flavors at the dinner table. The beauty of the final dish with super flavors makes for a great combo today.

Dragon fruit is one of the favorites in my house, but there was a surprise yesterday that dragon fruit was sold at a very cheap price at the fruit market not far from my house. As a result, because the price dropped, I sorted out 2 kg of dragon fruit at the market. It was great to get dragon fruit at such a cheap price. After thinking for a while, I thought that I would process this fruit into a delicious dessert.

Pudding Dragon Fruit Coconut Milk

The pudding this time is a pudding of dragon fruit, dragon fruit that I chopped and then stirred in a pudding mixture made from coconut milk. Well actually you can replace coconut milk with any type of milk you like. Due to the original recipe, most people use animal milk so I replaced it with coconut milk.

The combination of coconut milk with jely powder with the addition of cornstarch makes a wonderful flavor. Uniquely, it tastes lighter than the jely I usually make, which is probably due to the idea of adding cornstarch solution in this recipe.

Instead of you being curious, here below I will invite you to prepare a step-by-step preparation for making delicious pudding from dragon fruit!.

Yeayyy so happy the dragon fruit jelly pudding is ready to serve. Serve the pudding pieces on a serving plate by cutting the cake part about one point 5 cm. I tasted the pieces a little bit, it was very good beyond my expectation. It turns out that dragon fruit can create an amazing pudding with the combination of coconut milk and cornstarch. The taste of the pudding is more textured, has a sweet taste and is very fresh from fresh dragon fruit. Now I highly recommend you enjoy it cold and taken straight from the fridge. Ahhh the flavor was amazing, and it was all enough to make me happy with this perfect result.

I didn't expect it at all, as this was my first pudding made from dragon fruit. And it turns out that dragon fruit with coconut milk combination gives the best pudding. That's why I highly recommend you make this at home for special occasions.

The color that this fruit gives to food/desserts is mesmerizing. You were very lucky to find it on sale. Here dragon fruit would be an exotic fruit and would cost a lot in the market. So lucky you, twice!

On the other hand, coconut milk makes delicious pudding; I know this first hand. No doubt this is an amazing dessert ❤️

Cheers, friend 😁

Yeah I get it at a cheap price per kg, one more dragon fruit here can be easily found.

The combination of coconut milk does give the pudding a spectacular flavor and you know adding cornstarch makes the pudding softer in texture.
