20240901_120429.jpg

The perfection of the spicy seasoning in the dishes on the dining table at noon was a surprise at home. The flavor and aromatics were completely different from the usual preparation of gizzards

Today I'm going to take you through one of our local favorites. Chicken gizzards are processed into a wide variety of delicious foods. Yesterday I made fried chili chicken gizzards with potatoes. Now this time I will make a different way this recipe is nyemek and soupy but the sauce is not over but has made enough seasoning to bring together a different delicacy than usual.

This is very tasty, but for those who don't like liver gizzards, they will still dislike it, maybe you can try it with other ingredients and the same seasoning.
